| China has now become the country with the largest number of elderly people in the world.In 2019,actively addressing the issue of population aging will be promoted to the national strategic level.The allocation of elderly care service facilities is a major social and livelihood project to deal with the problem of population aging and solve the elderly care service needs of the majority of urban elderly people.In recent years,the construction of elderly care service facilities in Xi’an has shown a blowout growth,of which Lianhu District has the largest construction volume,and has encountered many difficulties and problems in the construction process.This paper focuses on the research on the allocation of elderly care service facilities in Lianhu District of Xi’an,and strives to explore the planning and allocation strategies of elderly care service facilities in Lianhu District of Xi’an.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of elderly care service facilities in the city and summarizes the differential characteristics of the construction of elderly care service facilities in Lianhu District in the city.On this basis,it makes a systematic and in-depth analysis and Research on the current situation of the construction of institutional elderly care service facilities and community elderly care service facilities in Lianhu District,from the aspects of spatial layout,construction scale,functional configuration,construction mode The relevance analysis of various relevant elements is carried out in terms of operation mode and usage,and the element system that has an impact on facility allocation is summarized.The problems of the current status system of elderly care service facilities in Lianhu District and the existing problems of elderly care service facilities at all levels are put forward,and then the action plan for promoting high-quality development of elderly care services in Xi’an issued by Xi’an Civil Affairs Bureau in 2021 is compared,Summarize the gap between the current elderly care service facilities construction and policy requirements in Lianhu District.Based on the current situation and future development demands of the elderly care service facilities construction in Lianhu District,this paper proposes to build a three-level sound elderly care service facilities system configuration optimization strategy of "District County town street community" in Lianhu District,promote the overall construction of elderly care service facilities from three aspects: facility spatial layout,complementary functional advantages and overall management,and create a service network system of "one district and county with multiple hospitals,one town street and one center,and one community and one site",Specific configuration optimization strategies are proposed for the three-level elderly care service facilities from the aspects of implementation framework,construction mode,spatial layout,construction scale,functional configuration,etc.,with a view to integrating the current elderly care service facilities resources and guiding the future planning and configuration. |
