Research On The Optimization Of Elderly Care Facilities Based On The Needs Of The Old People

With the increasingly serious aging situation,the state pays more attention to the planning of elderly service facilities;The introduction of the new standard requires the transformation of the traditional endowment service facility configuration model;Due to the special properties of old-age care facilities,construction is usually carried out from top to bottom,which leads to the mismatch of supply and demand between the old-age care market and the actual needs of the elderly.Therefore,from the perspective of the needs of the elderly,the research on the configuration of elderly service facilities has important practical significance and guiding significance.Firstly,based on the overall survey of the elderly care facilities in Lianhu District,the overall construction status,types and current construction hierarchy of the elderly care facilities in Lianhu District are summarized.Select typical elderly care facilities from three types and two levels,and conduct in-depth research from the basic situation,site selection and surrounding environment of the community to which the facility belongs,users,functional configuration and other aspects;Then,a questionnaire survey was conducted from the two aspects of the use status and demand of the elderly for the elderly service facilities,the service provided by the facilities and the future demand of the elderly,so as to understand the use status and demand of the elderly for the facilities,and summarize the use demand characteristics of the elderly for various kinds of service facilities.Secondly,based on a comprehensive survey of the current situation and questionnaire survey,the matching relationship between the needs of the elderly and the facility configuration was analyzed,and the existing problems in the facility configuration were summarized from the aspects of the overall system of the elderly service facilities and various facilities.Overall system level hierarchy system exists a lack of street level,pension beds PeiJian insufficient total amount and PeiJian old-age care facilities,the lack of a comprehensive problem such as elderly public activity facilities,action classes pension service facilities exists large difference of construction scale,quality of a single,operations management mode,independent and action classes single function and so on.There are some problems such as lack of medical service function,unreasonable scale allocation and big difference of bed size in nursing service facilities for the aged.Finally,in view of the existing problems between the needs of the elderly and the configuration of facilities,optimization strategies are proposed from two aspects: the overall system of the elderly service facilities and various facilities.Put forward the optimization strategy for the elderly care facilities in Lianhu district.From the perspective of allocation levels,contents,allocation methods and modes,the overall system proposes to improve the three-level construction of district,street and community old-age service facilities,and to guide the allocation content of old-age service facilities at different levels.We will promote the sharing of endowment resources at all levels and of all types,integrate facilities,and build a "one station and multiple points" pension service network.We will promote the construction of endowment demand assessment system and other optimization strategies.At the level of various facilities,the small-scale complex community pension model is proposed.Spatial layout of adjacent residential areas and medical and health facilities;Optimization strategies such as building a small and chain community university for the elderly.The purpose of this paper is to provide a train of thought for the allocation and optimization of old-age service facilities under the guidance of the needs of the elderly,so as to provide reference for the construction of old-age service facilities in lianhu district,xi 'an city and other cities of the same type in the new or old urban areas.
