Research On The Planning Strategy Of Border Rural Elderly Care Facilities In Yanbian Prefecture Under The Concept Of Aging In Place

Under the background of my country’s economy and the dynamic changes of the times,population aging has become a social development trend.At the same time,with the guidance of policies related to rural revitalization,the issues of rural elderly care and the needs of the elderly have been continuously concerned.As the objective material expression of the rural pension system,the research and innovation of the planning content of its pension facilities is of great significance.Influenced by factors such as geographical location and ethnic characteristics,Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture in Jilin Province has more transnational population flows,and its most frequent activities are concentrated in the border villages,which leads to the fact that it is located at the junction of the three countries(China,North Korea,Russia),and the ethnic landscape conditions The problem of "hollowing,aging,and empty nests" in the border villages of the superior Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is more serious,the waste of resources for the elderly care facilities,and the contradiction between supply and demand are more obvious,and the planning of the elderly care facilities needs to be adjusted and innovated.The concept of old-in-place elderly advocates improving the quality and vitality of elderly care development by maintaining the self-care ability of the elderly and the existing pension environment to the greatest extent.Using its concept,considering the needs of the elderly,focusing on the planning of home-based community elderly care facilities,adjusting the project ratio and configuration standards to achieve the functional compound of facilities and the balance of supply and demand,and setting up service reach circles and operation linkage to achieve full coverage and dynamic development of facilities,it can provide new ideas for improving the current situation of border rural elderly care facilities in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture.Taking the border villages of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture as the research object,this paper adopts the research ideas of basic combing-theoretical guidance-analysis of problems-solving problems,and uses literature research,case analysis and investigation methods to propose the planning strategy of border rural elderly care facilities in Yanbian Prefecture under the concept of living in place for the elderly,aiming to accelerate the optimization and improvement of the planning of border rural elderly care facilities in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture and find a feasible path for its breakthrough in the dilemma of the elderly.This paper first lays a good theoretical foundation by sorting out the relevant theoretical and practical research on pension construction;Secondly,after clarifying the feasibility of integrating the concept of old-in-place care into the development of rural elderly care,the research content of the relevant planning system is proposed with the logical idea of model-service-facility,which provides a theoretical support framework for the following planning direction.Thirdly,through field visits,questionnaires,multi-party interviews and other methods,the relevant characteristics of pension construction and the current situation of facility supply in border villages in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture were investigated,and the problems were analyzed and summarized,and research reality data analysis was provided.Finally,based on the theoretical framework and analysis of the current situation,the planning strategy of elderly care facilities and the corresponding operation comprehensive guarantee suggestions are put forward from the aspects of classified functions,specific construction and spatial layout.
