Study On Design Of Outdoor Space Environment For Low-rise Residential District In Harbin City

The low-rise housing is one of the main existing residential type in the city,rural areas occupy a space for one person,with its scale family,close to nature,unique artistic conception and unique characteristics of a high level of consumption by the crowd in favor of.In recent years,with the development of the low-rise residential district and the increasing demand,there are some features and problems.This paper selects the low-rise residential district in Harbin as the research object,in order to improve the external environment of low-rise housing’s quality and residential comfort for the purpose of using the method of literature analysis,data collection,sorting and field combining research,in-depth study for the representative of the external environment of low-rise housing’s problem.The full text is divided into five chapters,mainly for the following aspects.The purpose,significance and contents of the first chapter and the second chapter mainly introduces the research at home and abroad,low-rise housing’s origin,evolution and related literature review,the definition of low-rise housing and residential environment,and defines the concept of low rise residential district.In the third chapter,the author analyzes the relevant theories of the low-rise residential district,and analyzes the outstanding cases at home and abroad,summarizes the common characteristics of the excellent cases,and provides the inspiration for the design of the low-rise residential districts in Harbin.The fourth chapter puts forward the problems through the investigation,by combing the geographical characteristics of Harbin,analysis from the macro to the micro regional background case,the selection of Harbin 9 has built low-rise residential district representative as the research object,analyzes its main characteristics and present situation,and points out some existing problems and cause analysis the main cell,high-rise – low-rise space combination is not reasonable,form a single,road planning and plant landscape facilities,insufficient public green space,and space of residential design not humane,lack of characteristic sketch structures.The last chapter is the solution of the problem,based on the theory of the proposed design principles and concepts of low-rise residential district.Considering the characteristics of space in Harbin low-rise residential district,starting from the external environment,planning and layout of residential landscape,road greenbelt planning,the main venue,water,plants,buildings and facilities design seven aspects,puts forward the design method of specific environment of Harbin low-rise residential district,which is suitable for the external environment of low-rise residential district’ development strategy.This will enhance the external environment of Harbin area low rise residential district’s quality,create outstanding regional features,to provide reference to fully adapt to cold climate conditions livable landscape,to provide new ideas for the future development and construction,low-rise residential area of China’s reformation and renewal.
