Study On Strategies And Methods Of Outdoor Environment Ren Ovation In The Old Residential Districts In Xi'an

At present,the urban development construction of our country is entering the transformation period,the focus of its planning and construction has changed from the "incremental development" to "stock adjustment",and the urban renewal has gradually become the popular of urban development.As a basic unit of the Old City,the old residential districts has a large scale,a serious aging of facilities and a low quality of outdoor environment,which does not match the modern urban residents ' life,and faces the urgent reality of renewing and upgrading.Different from the previous increment of the residential districts,the "stock age" in the background of the old residential districts inventory optimization of the contradictions more diversified and complex,so the old residential districts of outdoor environmental renovation strategies and methods of exploration and research has good theoretical value and practical significance.This article takes the old residential areas in Xi'an as the research object.First,the research status of residential renewal and residential outdoor environment at home and abroad is reviewed,which will provide a basis for further research in this paper.Secondly,summing up the development of the old residential distracts in Xi'an and select the old distracts of Anton Street,Guang Temple area,Hing Qing Fang and the southeast corner of Ming Cheng District showing the general problem of the outdoor environment of the old residential distracts in Xi ' an.And Enumerating the typical and epresentative of the old residential distracts in Hing Qing Fang.Taking the old residential distracts of Hing Qing Fang as a typical object,through field investigation,chart analysis and other methods,studing and discusses the existing problems of the outdoor environment,the characteristics of outdoor activities and the typical node space in Hing Qing Fang.Finally,the ideas,principles and objectives of the renovation are formulated,and the outdoor environment of residential distracts(space resources,road traffic,supporting facilities,outdoor activities space,green landscape environment)and outdoor environment of residential cluster(housing building,road traffic,living space and greening environment)are made respectively.The strategy and method of renovation of outdoor environment in old residential distracts in Xi'an were put forward,and an empirical study was carried out on the renovation and renovation design of the outdoor environment of old and old residential areas in Xingqing district.Through the study of this paper,the strategies and methods of the renovation of the outdoor environment of old and old residential areas in Xi'an are put forward,and the attempt is expected to provide some reference and reference for the renovation of the outdoor environment of the same type of old and old residential areas in Xi'an.
