| As people’s lives gradually enter a well-off level,people’s demand for urban transportation is increasing day by day,traffic flow has increased significantly,and road infrastructure and traffic management are far from being able to meet the needs of urban transportation development.The construction of an intelligent traffic management system can provide advanced technical means and management methods for urban traffic management.The intelligent traffic management system can relieve traffic congestion,improve traffic safety,maintain public security,improve the urban economic development environment,and promote tourism development.The intelligent traffic management system project involves the construction of multiple traffic front-end subsystems,integrated management platforms,data center computer rooms,and command centers.The project implementation is extremely complex.How to conduct scientific and effective project schedule management is the project construction unit and construction chief.The contracting unit urgently needs to solve the problem.This paper uses project management techniques and methods to study the intelligent traffic management system project in a city from the perspective of general construction contractors.Firstly,analysis tools and methods such as Work Breakdown Structure(WBS)and Critical Chain Project Management(CCPM)were used to determine the project schedule,and the schedule of the intelligent transportation management system project was compiled,and expressed in Gantt chart.Secondly,the project schedule control measures and methods are studied,and the schedule control measures in the project implementation process are proposed to improve the ability of schedule control.Then,starting from the characteristics of the intelligent transportation management system project based on the multi-objective,Identified and analyzed the impact of risks in the process of project general contracting on the schedule.The expert method is used to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of risk factors,and according to the situation of risk factors,the countermeasures and management methods for transferring,controlling,avoiding and eliminating risks are proposed.This paper fully discusses the schedule management of the intelligent transportation management system project from the perspective of the general contractor of the project,and proposes a set of schedule management methods that are highly reliable and easy to implement,which can be used for intelligent transportation management.The implementation and control of system projects provides a good reference. |
