Project schedule management is the key to the success of the project,is the core component of project management.How to complete the project at a reasonable time,limited resources under the high quality,need to find an effective way to project the project management to plan,carry out and implement the project.E company intelligent energy-saving cloud system project is E company and T University Design Institute developed in cooperation with large space office space and large commercial sites shopping center intelligent energy-saving cloud system project to T University Design Institute of a large office space as a field implementation place.As the project,the implementation of a long cycle,the use of new technology,the market can not refer to the product,so the project schedule management is particularly important.In this paper,the project as an example,combined with the project schedule management methods and tools,put forward an efficient project schedule management program for the same type of project provides a reference.In this paper,using the theory of project schedule management of E company,cloud intelligent energy-saving construction project schedule management system analysis,find out the structure of project schedule management in E is not clear,irrational allocation of resources,the project duration estimate is not mature,the lack of effective monitoring of project progress.Through the research of advanced project schedule management methods such as critical chain,a critical chain project schedule management model based on earned value method is established.In practice,according to the existing E project schedule management,with WBS the project structure segments,optimize the allocation of resources by using critical chain technology,using the Pareto rule to estimate the project period more scientific method to optimize the buffer,using two levels of earned value method in project progress monitoring project,formed a project schedule management effectively.Ensure project completion on time,monitor project progress effectively and improve project execution efficiency.In this paper,a detailed analysis of the project schedule management,put forward a feasible embedded value of the key chain project schedule management model,to solve the E company in the project schedule management in a series of problems.In the practice of improving the company's project schedule management methods to enhance the implementation of the project schedule management effect,the final guarantee project to be completed on time,to the E company in the future development of the project vitality.
