In order to meet the upcoming 31 st Summer Universiade in City C and further improve the monitoring,coordination and case handling capabilities of the traffic command center in City C,according to the unified planning and arrangement of the Municipal Party Committee and Government of City C,the intelligent transportation in City C will be The command center is upgraded and remodeled.How to complete the relocation and reconstruction of the original intelligent traffic command center reasonably and economically within the prescribed time limit without affecting the daily traffic command,and how to effectively control the progress of the project is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the above research background,this thesis conducts an in-depth study on the progress management of the reconstruction project of the intelligent traffic command center in C city,so as to support the construction and management of the project.First of all,this thesis introduces the basic situation of the reconstruction project of the intelligent traffic command center in C city,and analyzes the current status and existing problems of the progress management of the reconstruction project from the planning stage and the implementation stage of the reconstruction project.Then,this thesis uses the theory and method of schedule management to decompose the WBS schedule of the reconstruction project of the intelligent traffic command center in C city.According to the progress decomposition of the renovation project,this thesis gives the responsibility distribution matrix of each work,refines each work task,gives the logical relationship of each work,and estimates the construction period of the renovation project.Thirdly,this thesis formulates the project schedule according to the construction period,analyzes the problems existing in the reconstruction project before optimization,and uses the three indicators of resources,construction period and cost to optimize the reconstruction project as a whole.Finally,this thesis builds a progress control management system for the reconstruction project of the intelligent traffic command center in City C,and gives the progress control measures from the two aspects of progress correction management and progress control,and also gives an example of the progress control of the reconstruction project.In addition,the thesis also gives the measures of progress guarantee from the aspects of organization and management,contract and economy.It is hoped to provide theoretical guidance and practical experience for similar engineering projects through the research results of this thesis. |
