The port is the hub of the world’s shipping,and the development of the port has driven the prosperity of the cities behind.However,with the continuous improvement of urban functions and development systems,the land use contradiction between the port and the city has become increasingly prominent.The urban environment has caused a negative impact,and urban construction has limited the space for port expansion and development.With the change of the epidemic situation and the international situation,the domestic and foreign perfect industrial chain and stable environment have made the domestic and foreign demand continue to grow,and the freight pressure on the port has also increased.How to correctly handle the relationship between the port city and rationally allocate the land resources of the port city It has become one of the important issues to ensure the coordinated development of the port city.According to the economic and social development status of port cities,this research predicts various types of land needs based on multiple linear regression,and uses cooperative game theory to abstract the problem of land resource allocation in port cities under the control of the government into the concept of land alliance,and takes land demand as benefit function of cooperative game.Using the nucleolar solution,Shapley value solution and Owen value solution to allocate land resources in the study area,and calculate the total benefit of the region under the three allocation methods,and analyze the impact of different allocation methods on the economy,society and environment.On this basis,the economic value,employment security level,food availability and ecosystem service value are given weights,the distribution improvement coefficient is obtained,the Owen value is selected for improvement,and a development goal-oriented land resource allocation model is constructed based on the improved Owen value.,allocate land resources in the port area and the port area under different development goals.This study takes Qingdao Port and surrounding areas as the research objects for case analysis.Based on the land use pattern from 1980 to 2015,combined with economic development and industrial construction data,the land development needs of the research area in 2025 are calculated.Based on the cooperative game Based on the analysis of the spatial development prospects of Qingdao Port City from 2025 to 2035,a development goal-oriented land resource allocation model of the Port City was constructed based on the improved Owen value,and three types of high-speed economic development,low-carbon ecological development,and balanced development of economy and people’s livelihood were set respectively.Different policy scenarios,allocate land resources,and compare and analyze the development trend of the port city space under different development models.The port city land resource allocation model based on cooperative game proposed in this study has a certain theoretical reference value for realizing the effective utilization of port city land resources,alleviating the contradiction between land use in the port city and clarifying the development direction of the port city. |
