The teaching activities of primary and secondary schools,with the development of our society and education,higher requirements for the space of the campus teaching area are put forward,which is mainly reflected in the efficient connection of various functions and various types and quality of spaces.The paper summarizes these two aspects as the "efficiency" of teaching space in primary and secondary teaching area.Enhancing the efficiency of the teaching area in primary and secondary schools is of great significance for the space in the teaching area to adapt to the current teaching activities and improve the quality of teaching in the schools.Space syntax appeared in the 1970 s.After decades of inheritance and development,because of its scientific quantitative research method,it has been widely used in the field of architectural and planning space evaluation.The integration degree data of space syntax is verified to have a significant correlation with spatial accessibility and can accurately predict spatial accessibility,so it is an important basis for describing spatial efficiency.With the development of space syntax theory and tools in the past 10 years,space syntax has also made further applications and breakthroughs in three-dimensional space research.This paper is divided into four parts:First is Chapter 1,which sorts out relevant research at home and abroad,clarifies the significance of the high efficiency of the teaching area in primary and secondary schools,determines the research content and research methods,and establishes a research framework;Second,in Chapters 2 and 3,basic research is conducted on space syntax research methods and the efficiency of primary and secondary school teaching areas.The feasibility of research and application in primary and secondary school teaching areas.Chapter 3 conducts basic research and interviews on primary and secondary school teaching areas,and summarizes the use scenarios and needs of high-efficiency primary and secondary school teaching areas;Thirdly,in Chapter 4,using the space syntax analysis method,it conducts a comparative analysis of the efficiency of the selected typical primary and secondary school teaching area cases,and uses the quantitative data of the questionnaire to verify the results of the space syntax analysis.The high-efficiency design strategy is proposed in three aspects: the space form,traffic space and functional space of the teaching area;Finally,in Chapter 5,the project practice of Huangbi Primary School in Guangzhou is guided by the efficient design strategy,and the space syntax is used for quantitative research to test the feasibility of the design strategy in practical projects.Methods to assist in optimizing building efficiency in real-world projects.Aiming at the actual needs and problems existing in the teaching area of primary and secondary schools,this research quantitatively analyzes the space efficiency of typical cases with space syntax,and proposes a high-efficiency design strategy for the teaching area of primary and secondary schools.Provides design strategy and methodological support.
