Study On The Strategy Of Micro-regeneration In The Historic Cultural Block

Urban renewal is the only way for urban development.With the rise of the renewal of old city in recent years and put forward the concept of "urban double repair",urban renewal has been paid more attention.The renewal of the historic cultural blocks is part of the urban renewal.Since the reform and opening up,with the adjustment of the industrial structure and the change of modern life style,the renewal of Chinese historic cultural blocks has gradually risen,appeared many update modes,different ways and concepts of updating,and different effects after renovation.Based on the above background,this paper introduces the design concept of "micro-regeneration",and provides new ideas and thoughts for the renewal design of historical cultural blocks.Taking the Laomendong historic cultural block in Nanjing as the research object,through field investigation and survey,we made an on-the-spot investigation of the location,construction and renewal history,material environment and social structure of the Laomendong historic cultural block.Combined with the reading of related literature,it is concluded that there are some problems,such as unreasonable operation of renewal mode,singleness of renewal operation,insufficient participation of the public,a unified mode of functional replacement,and a lack of inheritance of the context.Combined with the investigation of Xin Tiandi historic cultural block,Tian Zifang historic cultural block and Ping Jiang historic cultural block,analyze its advantages and disadvantages,and provide reference for the design strategy of "micro-regeneration".This paper puts forward the "micro-regeneration" with integrity,miniaturization,progressive and organic inheritance for the principles of regeneration of the historic cultural block,and from four aspects of the historical context,the function of the block,the whole form and the operation mechanism,the specific strategies and methods of the micro-regeneration design are put forward.It is expected to provide a reference for the renewal design of the historic cultural blocks.
