In recent years,around the goal of "carbon neutrality and carbon peaking",the state has successively issued a series of policies,and put forward requirements for transformation and upgrading of various industries to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of China’s economy.Similarly,the traditional energy and power industry must follow the pace of the times,actively respond to the national "dual carbon policy",and realize green and low-carbon production in the industry.As a member of the traditional energy industry,SD1’s traditional power business was forced to stagnate due to its adverse impact on environmental protection and lack of sustainable development,and gradually exposed some problems accumulated during the company’s development,such as The ability to foresee future industry policy changes is poor,lack of resource acquisition capabilities for new businesses,uncoordinated and unbalanced resource allocation,and insufficient transformation of technological innovation achievements.Therefore,in order to achieve the goal of fulfilling social responsibilities and promoting the sustainable development of the company,SD1 needs to formulate new development strategies to meet the needs of the development of the new era.Based on the above background,this paper takes the traditional power company SD1 as a case,analyzes SD1’s business model,enterprise operation status and other data,and discusses SD1’s development strategy under the background of the "dual carbon" policy,in order to help SD1.development dilemma.This paper analyzes the internal environment and external environment of SD1 company,and uses the internal factor evaluation matrix and external factor evaluation matrix to analyze that SD1 company still has good internal advantages,and can effectively use external opportunities and respond to external threats.The SWOT analysis concluded that SD1 companies should adopt a diversified expansion model and formulate business transformation strategies,innovation strategies,marketing,investment and talent strategies in line with the "dual carbon" policy background.SD1 companies need to actively optimize the business structure,explore new energy and new infrastructure businesses under the background of environmental policies in the new era;optimize and adjust the organizational structure to achieve standardized and efficient corporate governance;strengthen its own financial capacity building,optimize capital structure,and focus on its own On the premise of the main business,actively explore new business models such as investment and financing;and need to take actions in international strategy,talent structure adjustment,and increase scientific and technological innovation to promote the company’s leapfrog development in the new environment. |
