Business Model Innovation And Performance Under Digital Economy

Since the 21 st century,information technology has not only developed rapidly,but also been widely used in social and economic fields.Based on the current new generation of information technology,digital economy promotes the rapid development of China’s economy and has a revolutionary and subversive impact on the development,business model and profit model of all walks of life.The manufacturing industry including home appliance industry has laid a solid foundation for the development of China’s socialist market economy.As a pillar industry of economic development,it is of great significance to ensure its market competitive position.However,under the joint influence of many factors,most of China’s traditional manufacturing enterprises are large but not strong.How to use the great opportunity brought by the digital economy to innovate the traditional business model and create unique and lasting market competitiveness is a hot issue at present.In addition,under the influence of the flexibility of digital economy,business model innovation has diversity.Different types of business model innovation are not the change of single factors,and the other is the dynamic change between business factors.Therefore,the research on business model under the background of digital economy is particularly important.Only by classifying business models and clarifying the types of innovation,can enterprises clarify the future innovation direction according to their own resource capacity,development status and environment.By reviewing the previous studies on digital economy,business model and business model innovation,this paper concludes that the essence of enterprise business model is embodied in the logic of value creation.Firstly,based on this view and guided by relevant theories,this paper summarizes that the stakeholders of the business model are customers,producers and partners,and the links that generate profits are R & D and production stage,marketing transaction stage and service experience stage.Its purpose is to realize the capture of value.Then on the basis of this understanding,it draws lessons from the "Jiugongge" business model classification to provide ideas and guidance for the innovation and optimization of enterprise business model.Taking the home appliance industry as an example,the case analysis of this paper selects three benchmark enterprises that constantly explore business model innovation and optimize various links under the digital economy,and their operating income ranks among the top three in China.On the one hand,it confirms the specific classification application of the "Nine Palace" classification method in reality.Through this case,the case enterprises are classified by using this classification method,Disassemble the complex business models under the digital economy to form several basic business model types,and then study the value creation logic of different models and different combination models through the combination analysis of various types in the enterprise,so as to provide an alternative path for innovation and optimization of the enterprise’s business model,At the same time,it also confirms the feasibility of the basic types in the business model classification in practice.In addition,taking three enterprises that carry out business model innovation and upgrading in time under the influence of the rapid development of digital economy and the environment of aggregating producers and consumers with high efficiency and low cost as an example,based on their own value creation logic,it provides an alternative path for enterprise business model upgrading and innovation optimization,and provides a reference for the development of enterprises.
