Resource is the important foundation of enterprise survival and development,determine the direction for the future development of enterprises,and enterprises in the process of development,will inevitably encounter the plight of resource constraints,resources together way can be used as the effective approach for the "broken",through the creative combination of existing resources and the use,with the fastest speed,the enterprise facing the challenge.Different enterprises usually adopt different resource pooling methods to meet their own development needs,and their strategic performance varies with different resource pooling methods.By combing past literature and adopting the method of double case comparative study,this paper takes Midea Group and Gree Electric Appliance as case enterprises to study the influence mechanism and effect of different resource patchwork methods on corporate strategic performance.Article first introduced the above two cases of entrepreneurial enterprise development course and the way of resources together,secondly discusses the beauty and gree different ways of resources together the impact on the enterprise strategic performance path,finally from the financial,customer,internal processes and learning and growth four dimensions analysis the influence of the different ways of resources together to enterprise strategic performance effect.The research conclusions are as follows: Gree Electric Appliance adopts exploratory resource pooling and Midea Group adopts utilization resource pooling,both of which,to a certain extent,help enterprises make use of resources at hand,improve the efficiency of resource elements,and form stable competitive advantages.Specifically,although the utilization of resources does not substantially change the original use of resources,the reuse of existing resources can still help enterprises give play to their own advantages and seize new development opportunities.The exploratory resource patchwork method requires enterprises to spend more time and energy to integrate resources and prudently choose new development direction,which leads to relatively large business risks.Through the above research,the relevant research on resource patchwork and enterprise strategic performance is enriched,which provides enterprises with the choice of resource patchwork to improve their strategic performance.
