PK prestressed concrete composite floor is a new type of prefabricated floor.Compared to traditional composite slab, the slab has prestressed high-strength steelwire as its tensile reinforcement, which improves its ultimate bearing capacity. At thesame time, the pre-hole rib on the prefabricated baseplate increases the shear capacityof the composite surface and the arrangement of transverse perforated reinforcementmade it a two-way composite slab. Furthermore, it has characteristics of simpleconstruction process, fewer materials and less money cost, so that it is suitable forwide application.The static load test of PK prestressed concrete composite floor aimed tounderstand the mechanical performance and the patchwork of composite slabs. Thetest showed that the loading process of composite floor could be divided into theelastic stage, the plastic stage and failure stage. The composite slabs in plastic stagewas almost in destruction. The reinforcement laid on the patchwork can preventfurther crack developing and improve the stiffness of the non-prestressed direction.Meanwhile, it did not affect the overall mechanical properties of composite floor, sodid the allient shaped plate.Applicability and economic rationality of the composite slab can be found moreadvanded than that of the cast-in-place floor under certain conditions. Combined withengineering experience, this paper expounds the design method of the floor, used todesign researchers used. Using the finite element software on the inverted arch of thecomposite floor, hoisting, support setting and common construction, the resultshowed that reasonable support setting can offer a very good guarantee to the floorsystem, use the strength of concrete not enough slab or when construction effectconcentrated load will lead to the engineering accident.This paper summarized theproduction process and construction points of the PK composite floor, make thecomposite slabs engineering application theory gained further perfection. |
