| In the study of permanent column formwork,in order to solve the problem of adhesion between formwork and after-pouring concrete,as well as the problem of lack of stiffness,easy cracking and difficulty in site construction,the permanent ribbed fiber column template proposed in this project adopts Ribbed form on the inner surface,solves the problem of permanent column formwork with fresh concrete.At the same time in the template by adding fiber and cold processing of fine steel mesh,to some extent,enhance the rigidity of the permanent column template to improve the permanent column template crack resistance.Template splicing form,which greatly improved the construction efficiency.The research of this paper is based on the research of ribbed fiber reinforced concrete slab formwork and beam formwork technology.The main research work on the permanent formwork of ribbed fiber concrete has the following aspects:(1)In order to test the influence of the permanent column formwork with different rib orientation on the bearing capacity of the column,the inner rib of the formwork is designed to be along the longitudinal rib of the column and the transverse rib perpendicular to the column height direction.The test results show that the vertical formwork effect Which is obviously better than the transverse rib formwork.In order to test the influence of the position of the vertical seam joint on the bearing capacity of the column,the wrong form and the wrong form of seam and wrong seam as well as the upper and lower two sections were designed for each type of formwork.In order to test the influence of the joint processing method on the column bearing capacity,a dry connection(without any treatment)is applied to the joint processing mode of the above-mentioned template,the short wire connection is embedded in the joint,Epoxy resin connection,and simultaneous embedding of short wire and epoxy resin.The results show that the use of epoxy resin to deal with the shortest column compression ability strongest,but with embedded wire method to deal with the joint effect is limited.(2)In order to test the superposition effect of the template in the long column,based on the short column experiment,two kinds of template splicing method were designed,and the axial compression test was carried out.The experimental results show that the two kinds of rib-Good effect.(3)In order to test the research results from a theoretical point of view,based on the experimental data and existing specifications,the formula for calculating the axialcompressive bearing capacity of short and long columns with ribbed permanent splicing column templates is deduced.The calculation results and the measured results The error is small,providing reference for the promotion of this kind of template.(4)To test the results of this study in the finite element simulation.Finite element analysis of axial compression was carried out for the short columns and the long columns respectively.The simulation results are in good agreement with the experimental ones.The results of this research provide the basis for the popularization and application of permanent splicing column formwork with ribbed fiber concrete. |
