No waiting-time water adjustment problems,such as the level of adjustment problems,the existence of existing systems,the industrial system,such as the system,machine production,chemistry realm and so on.No waiting-time water flow problem,a simple running-water flow adjustment problem,and a typical NP-hard problem.Adjacent problems are constantly increasing,zero-level waiting-time water adjustment problems are presently applied,and the general officers in charge of the changes are overcoming.For this reason,the in-depth study on the research level has already been completed.The scheduling problem mainly exists in the production enterprises of the society,especially the automobile enterprises.A reasonable scheduling method can effectively improve the production efficiency in the enterprise,thereby improving the company's revenue and helping the enterprise to take an advantage in the competition in the same industry.From the perspective of solving the scheduling problem,the traditional operations research method and heuristic method have more constraints on the problem when solving large-scale complex scheduling problems,and it is not easy to obtain a satisfactory solution.However,when solving the complex scheduling problem,the group intelligent optimization algorithm generally can establish the model without too many constraints,thus obtaining a better scheduling solution.First,the content of research and constraint theory in the production scheduling of zero waiting pipeline(NWFS)at home and abroad is introduced.Because the zero waiting pipeline(NWFS)scheduling system is very complex,this paper is based on the TOC theory of the shop scheduling system structure,the whole scheduling system structure is divided into three levels: target layer,planning layer and implementation layer.Then,with the goal of maximizing profit,the production shop scheduling model is established,and the discrete water wave optimization algorithm is used to solve the model.Finally,three different data sets and MATLAB simulations were applied to test the performance of the water wave optimization algorithm and other popular algorithms,and the test was applied to the enterprise workshop instance.
