The professional personnel usually use two-dimensional CAD drawings to review the construction drawings,which is prone to wrong review and missed review.There are high requirements for the working experience and professional knowledge of the drawing reviewers.In recent years,the national and provincial governments have issued new policies for the review of construction drawings,which puts forward higher requirements for the design quality and drawing review of construction drawings by many units such as design and construction.With the emergence of BIM,the building information model,the industry generally believes that it has brought great changes to the construction industry,which contains the DG required for the whole life cycle of the building.BIM model is used as the design delivery result,which ensures the model data is comprehensive and accurate.This paper takes the information review drawing under BIM model as the target,takes the design specification of Building Fire Protection Institute as the object;the method of BIM model compliance inspection is proposed by using BIM Technology,ontology,information extraction and other methods,which solves the existing problems in the construction drawing review.The main research work is as follows;(1)This paper studies four key technologies of BIM model information review,namely,translation of standard articles,preparation of BIM model,geometric calculation and data consistency.BIM model is proposed as design results to review.The existing design problems can be found,various problems in drawing review by drawing reviewers can be solved,the quality and efficiency of drawing review can be improved,and the informatization and wisdom of drawing review work can be promoted The realization of the transformation.(2)The paper puts forward the method of building standard database,takes the fire protection design specification as the research object,through the structural expression of the specification provisions,uses seven steps to construct the ontology,then extracts the entity,relationship,attribute and other information in the ontology and stores it to SQL server to establish the database of the fire protection design specification of the building,and realizes the structural and data expression of the specification.(3)The logical reasoning method of data consistency comparison is proposed,that is,through geometric calculation,the basic component data set of model is constructed.The relevant information parameters can be extracted by extracting the information from the standard database;through extracting the structured specification provisions,the paper can identify,map and match the model data set,and find out the design errors in the construction drawings,and finally realize the realization From BIM shop drawings to visualization of review results.(4)This paper analyzes the value of BIM model,and puts forward the basic process framework of the information review drawing,and the feasibility of realizing the automatic identification and review of BIM construction drawings.The method can guide the follow-up research on compliance inspection to some extent,effectively improve the efficiency of BIM model,ensure the quality of inspection,and promote the development of information technology in the field of construction engineering.Through the research of this paper,the paper proposes that after the standard database is constructed by ontology,the BIM model data which meets the requirements of drawing review is compared.Through visualization of the results,it is proved that the information review drawing based on BIM model is feasible and meets the information needs of the drawing review. |
