| Currently,plan examiners review construction plans by hand. Plan approvalexperts also read a variety of building codes view the geological reports, calculations,and a large number of drawings.It is a heavy task lacking rational and time-consuming.Sometimes experts get it missed or wrong to review specification or mandatoryprovisions.In order to resolve this problem, we propose a computer-aided structuralworking drawings examining software which can be used for the domestic buildingstructure construction to get plan approval. The advantages of the software:(1)Improve the quality of the plan approval process, to reduce or even avoid thecircumstances of norms leakage or error (2) This software was designed according tothe plan approval process manually and gradually optimized to achievehuman-computer interaction. It has a certain logic functions, so as to achieve thepurpose of reducing the intensity of the engineers’work.(3) This software sort outcommonly used building structure types, including the frame, frame shear wallstructure, shear wall structure.The different structures encountered in the planapproval, it can automatically filter out with the structure corresponding to thenecessary norms and general specifications and to reduce the workload.(4) FirstEdition depend on experts’knowledge, but with the use of different experts, thesoftware can be improved, upgraded, accumulate and summarize the experience ofindividual expertise.This paper studies the frame structure part of the computer-assisted reviewsoftware, because of the lack of time.The main research are described as following:(1)Read the building code about frame structure, pick out the key words, to classify thedatabase;(2) Analyze each specification in the database, and design questions one byone, in particular, design reminders for error-prone position.(3) Learn Visual Basicprogramming, combined with the manual process to organize your thoughts, to designprogramming steps, and to achieve human-computer interaction plan approval.(4)Run the program to check whether there are deficiencies and errors.The main results of the work of this study:(1) summarizing the specifications ofthe frame structure into the database and connect the database with VB program use;(2) Analyze logic relations of each specification, targeted to design problems,mentioned the review of real reinforcing bar.(3) get to know the approval process by hand, connect each part of the programming and implementation of each part of theoverall connection with operation.The software has been achieved to besemi-automated.(4) Check out some of the programming error and make up for somedeficiencies.The conclusion of this study are as follows:(1) The computer-aided constructionplan review software, in principle, reasonable and feasible, the whole bracket profileof the system has been formed;(2) the specification database is not perfect, need theaddition of other types of structure to adapt to the reality of the situation;(3)Construction assist review software need to be constantly updated to become morehumane, intelligent, to help engineers work better. |
