In order to solve the shortcomings of construction drawing review by hand,the last brothers have made some pioneering and exploratory work for the program of computer-aided censorship software under the guidance of professor Long.On this basis, we analyzed the reasonable and unreasonable of the previous work and further puts forward the construction drawing review the requirements of the network,so as to realize the remote access of the client to the server, the so-called C/S mode.Thus we can improve data security and facilitate the updating and maintenance of the system.The purpose of this study:(1)Solve the problem of writing data between in codes in the previous version,at the same time,Separate codes and data management and facilitate system updating and maintenance.(2)To solve the problem of Access database in the previous version can’t be remoted,we use SQL Server 2000 and make a soild foundation for the realization of the C/S model.(3)To find a scientific and reasonable code classification method, make it be better service to our work.(4)Using computer help brain to reduce the plan approval work,Shorten the review period,Improve the efficiency of review.(5)To reduce or avoid leak trialand the probability of fault on mandatory provisions and general provisions, improve the security of figure whose qualified structure.The main tools of this paper:(1)We choose VB6.0 as programming language;(2)We choose VBA language for the connection of VB and word;(3)We choose SQL Server 2000 as database development tools.In this paper, the main research work are as follows:(1) Study of similarities and differences of different projects, find the key parameters of a project, and use these parameters to select specification generate checklists of what we need;(2) According to the order of the review and the main points of combining with the characteristics of VB, make a research of different function modules and implementation;(3) To read and study the relevant specification, make the code parameterization digitalization;(4) Using SQL Server 2000 data management specification, and implement the connection with construction drawing review software so as to realize the remote access of specification.In this paper, the main research work:(1) Sorting out of the 17 parameters associated with specific engineering, and implement the generated review the list of requirements;(2) Classified the total structure design notes involved review key points and corresponding specification;(3) The SQL Server 2000 is implemented for the standardization of the effective management of data, has reached the requirement of network, security;(4) Automate the total explanation module structure design plan approval requirements.
