| With the rapid development of China’s economy and the speed of urban construction and renewal,various housing construction projects and municipal infrastructure projects are in full swing.The quality of construction drawings and design documents is closely related to the quality of these construction projects.Thus,the quality management of survey and design drawings is of great importance.The review of construction drawings and design documents is an effective means to supervise the quality of the survey and design.However,the review of construction drawings often encounters obstacles in the implementation process.This paper makes a detailed description of the problems in the construction drawing review from the aspects of the construction drawing review process,the internal management system of the review participants and the communication between the review departments,and tries to solve these problems from three aspects.First of all,for the problems in the process of construction drawing review,this paper used comprehensive principle and operability principle of WSR to standardize the review content,expanding the scope of drawing review and adjusting nodes;For the internal management system of construction drawing review participants,this paper used PDCA cycle theory and established an review management system,strengthened personnel technology and market supervision;For the communication problem between construction drawing review departments,this paper used participation principle of WSR and developed communication platform or app,platform informatization,etc.A new construction drawing review flow chart was built in order to optimize the review system of new construction drawing design documents.Then,questionnaire survey method was used to collect data and the reliability and validity of the collected indicators were tested in order to ensure the data credibility and validity.Lastly,through analysis and processing,the five dimensions of the construction drawing review management performance evaluation,project construction drawing review progress,design quality,project safety,project personnel satisfaction,and project benefits,were divided into 18 more specific evaluation indicators and response measurement standards,of which forms the proposed construction drawing review management performance evaluation indicator system.The AHP method was used to obtain the index weights,and the weights of the five dimensions were 16.69%,25.03%,25.03%,14.96%,18.29%,respectively,and a comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model was constructed to evaluate the level of construction drawing review management performance.Finally,through a comparison of four cases studies,Case D,which utilized the proposed management method in the reviewing of construction drawings,efficiency increased by 75%,40% and 65%,respectively,compared with the total time of construction drawing review work conducted for Case A,B,and C.Moreover,various indicators such as the number of preliminary review comments and the number of changes to construction drawings have been comprehensively improved.Case D has increased by 30%,9.5%,and 9.7% over the management performance evaluation scores of A,B,and C,respectively.The management performance level of Case D is evaluated to be excellent,which is superior to the level of Case A,which is fair,and that of Case B and C,which are good.It can be seen from the case studies that the novel construction drawing review management method has greatly improved the quality and efficiency of drawing review,and the construction and application of performance evaluation indicator system can reasonably quantify different management methods,and the establishment of fuzzy evaluation models makes the process very clear and intuitive.Performance levels of different management methods were clearly elucidated. |
