| In today’s world,the medical and health service ability of hospitals is more and more closely related to the level of medical scientific research.Large urban hospitals in China also show a trend of developing into Research-oriented and innovative hospitals,forming a development situation of paying equal attention to medical and health services and scientific research.In recent years,teaching and scientific research rooms in hospitals such as translational medicine research center,biological sample bank and experimental center have been built in different ways,such as new construction or reconstruction and expansion of existing useful houses.In Beijing,in order to thoroughly implement the requirements for the construction of Beijing International Science and technology innovation center and accelerate the transformation of hospitals to medical centers focusing on medical treatment,teaching and scientific research,Beijing has started the construction of research wards since 2018.As a transition to the construction of research hospitals,Beijing has guided powerful hospitals to develop in the direction of research and innovation.In addition,there have been medical research-oriented all new research hospitals supplemented by medical services.Compared with the vigorous construction,at present,the relevant discussions of hospital teaching and scientific research space in China are mostly concentrated in the field of management,while there are few systematic local studies on the design of hospital teaching and scientific research space from the perspective of architecture.Provide better space support for clinical medical services and better space environment support for medical workers’ teaching and scientific research activities.This study is oriented to the actual construction needs.As a sub topic of the municipal hospital management center project "key points of innovative hospital design",this study takes the hospital teaching and scientific research space as the research object and carries out research in combination with the field investigation of Beijing municipal hospitals.Firstly,this study systematically reviews the development of hospital teaching and scientific research space and relevant theoretical viewpoints at home and abroad,and lays the theoretical foundation of the research;Secondly,it summarizes and combs the Architectural traits and functional composition of contemporary hospital teaching and research space,analyzes the correlation mode between medical and health services,teaching and research space,and analyzes the current design and development trend of hospital teaching and research space combined with the actual cases of hospital teaching and research space design at home and abroad;Thirdly,based on the interviews and questionnaires collected in the field investigation of teaching and scientific research space of Beijing municipal hospitals,this paper analyzes the needs and existing problems of teaching and scientific research space of Beijing municipal hospitals,forms the design objectives and principles of teaching and scientific research space,and deeply analyzes the key points of teaching and scientific research space design from three aspects: overall planning and layout of the hospital,architectural design,and indoor and outdoor environment design,It is applied to the optimization design scheme for the transformation of teaching and scientific research space based on existing useful houses after a hospital in the central urban area of Beijing is relieved and vacated.The integrated design research of medical research space and clinical practice space is carried out for the old buildings of Beijing municipal hospitals in the "stock era",and finally the design countermeasures of hospital teaching and scientific research space are summarized.The research results can provide reference for the design of teaching and scientific research space in the current hospital. |
