Since the reform and opening-up policy is put into effect, the sense ofdependent on the medical treatment has been strengthen and the constructions ofmedical institution have also been developing rapidly. With the improvement ofmedical equipments and techniques, the criterions of hospital construction havebeen promoted to meet the increasing demands for the medical treatment. Theconstruction cost of medical institutions has been increasing, so the medicalarchitecture has come into the biggest energy consumption among in thearchitecture types. Hence, it is vital to analyze and explore the greenization ofmedical architectures to promote the development of the green medical architecture.The greenization analysis and exploration of the medical building have the profoundinfluence on the new construction types of the medical building.First, by the introduction of the research project background, the researchstatus and its content at home and abroad, the existing design problems of the greenhospital in our country will be explored in this essay. It will expound the currentsustainable development of medical ideas, the evaluation standard of green hospitalbuilding and the green design of hospital in frost area. The research content andsignification is to discover the existing issues of the green hospital construction inthe frost area and to pursue the combination between the economy and quality underthe guideline of the evaluation standard of green hospital building.Second, the greenization characteristics of the hospital architecture in frostarea will be analyzed to get the green design properties of the hospital architecture,which are possessed by whole procedure and total elements. Then, the essay willhave an greenization analysis on the scale of hospital in frost area, disposition infunction and spatial form and add up the ratios of scale, form and function throughcolligating the medical function, affiliated function and traffic function by thequantization analysis methods and comparison methods. In addition, it will elicit thegreen hospital building standard suitable to frost areas after combination GreenHospital Building Evaluation Standard and General Hospital Construction Standard2004.Third, deployed from the evaluation system, the essay will have threehierarchies: the illustration of green hospital building evaluation system, thepromotion of hospital evaluation factors in frost area and the green designrequirement of the hospital in frost area. On the planning layer, the essay will putforward the region construction layout strategies in frost area and reasonable shapecoefficient of building; on the layer of hospital construction in frost area, it will discuss the strategies from energy recycle system and energy utilization system.From the layer of in-and-out environment of the hospital building in frost area, theessay will promote two models: greenization treatment on the buildingenvironments and the optimization of spatial model. From the above, the essay is toprovide the effective measurements during the moderation designing process.To sum up, the essay will research on the design strategies of the hospitalconstructions in frost area through the established green design requirement ofhospital in frost area, and will study carefully on three aspects: the green design ofthe hospital buildings in frost area, the design of effective energy utilization and thegreen design of reducing energy consumption. Additionally, the way to deal with asituation will be promoted in this essay. It is hoped that the essay will have guidingsignificance on the future green hospital construction design in frost area.
