Research On Design Of Hospital Under The Influence Of Hospital Alliance

The hospital building of our country is in the rapid development and peaktransformation period. The polyclinic`s scale becomes bigger, and the amountbecomes larger, but it still exists the problem that it`s hard for people to see adoctor and the hospital works with low efficiency. Big hospital overcrowding, butsmall hospital with very few people for the unreasonable structure is not balancedallocation of medical resources. In the guidance of medical system reform, thehospitals of different levels began to make regional medical resource verticalintegration in order to alleviate medical problems, therefore generate the MedicalAlliance and Hospital Association. And these new medical service mode will beextended. The revolution of economic system, medical model and the change intechnology will change the functional structure of hospital, space form and thedevelopment trend. Therefore, to research the design strategy of the hospitalbuilding under new medical service model is particularly important.This paper first describes the research background and research purpose ofhospital building design. The second chapter provides basic research basis for theHospital Alliance mode. Compare with the foreign hospital building under theHospital Alliance mode to analysis the development status of domestic HospitalAlliance mode, definite the medical alliance research object, analyzing thecharacteristics of Hospital Alliance mode.Summary the problems existing in the domestic medical buildings andfacilities in the allocation of resources. Later in the third chapter, summarizes thealliance mode of hospitals of all levels, definite the function of hospitals of alllevels and the principles of unit ways, build a multi-level medical Hospital Alliancenetwork, summed up the overall medical alliance between the hospitals at all levelsof the function of the integrated way, and in the form of all levels of hospitalconstruction. The fourth chapter is the core of the full paper, on the basis of theexperience of former three chapters, provide future prediction and analysis of thedesign strategy from the perspective of architecture design. Summary the designstrategy in view of the function space and provide development direction andcountermeasures of general hospital from the perspective of urban public spacedesign. Hope to provide a new Angle of view and design basis for the futurehospital construction.
