Study On Countermeasures For Strengthening Lianyungang International Hub Port Under "The Belt And Road" Initiative Strong Fulcrum Construction

Ports place a more and more important part in sea and land transportation with the rapid growth of economic globalization however,faced with rapid growth of foreign trade,the port in different regions also compete fiercely in seeking supply of goods.Lianyungang international hub port has its own unique natural environment and superior geographical location advantages.No matter it is compared with Rotterdam port and Singapore port,the representative of foreign advanced ports,or with domestic surrounding ports,such as Qingdao port and Rizhao port,there is an obvious distance in the development level of Lianyungang international hub port.The proposal of “The Belt and Road” initiative the approval of the Lianyungang area of Jiangsu trade area and the outline of the national comprehensive transport network plan have brought many historical opportunities for the construction of Lianyungang international hub port,so the Lianyungang international hub port will have a bright future.Therefore,how to strengthen Lianyungang International Hub,find the factors of affecting the development level of Lianyungang International Hub,and provides countermeasures for the development of portsis an important task.In this thesis,countermeasures for strengthening Lianyungang International Hub are studied.The full text includes seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction.And the second chapters mainly focus on the introduction,theoretical basis and references.The third chapter introduces the current situation of Lianyungang international hub port,and analyzes the strategic environment of Lianyungang international hub port through SWOT analysis.The fourth chapter focuses on the establishment of Lianyungang international hub port development level evaluation index,and puts forward the evaluation method of Lianyungang international hub port development level based on AHP-Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method cluster analysis,Chapter five and chapter six make an empirical analysis on Lianyungang international hub port.The sixth chapter puts forward seven countermeasures based on the empirical analysis results and the actual situation of Lianyungang International Hub port: measure one-enhance the level of port infrastructure and build “The Belt and Road ”oriental super port,measure two-improve the construction of collection and distribution system to build a comprehensive transportation layout of land and sea combined transport,measure three-create the cost advantage of land sea joint transportation to broaden the market and attract the supply of goods,measure four-improve the construction of container services and strive to build high-quality brand routes,measure fivestrengthen the application of modern information technology and build a wisdom port,measure seven-promote the transformation and upgrading of ports to enhance the competitiveness of ports.Chapter seven is the conclusion of the research and the prospect of the future.
