Research On Developing Countermeasures Of Lianyungang Port-logistics Under The Background Of "The Belt And Road Initiative"

Lianyungang port,as the new asia-europe continental east bridgehead and the east side of new silk road starting point,is the port of the Midwest is the most convenient and most economic in our country,but the zhoushan port and Shanghai port,ningbo,xiamen and other ports,compared to the infrastructure construction,the construction of logistics information platform,logistics transportation system of the scale and ability also there is a big gap.Standing at a new historical starting point,lianyungang port is faced with the major task of actively integrating into the "One Belt And One Road" development pattern and promoting the development,transformation and upgrading of port logistics.In this paper,the development of domestic and foreign port logistics research on the basis of combing and review,gives the use of the theoretical basis,research methods and technical routes,and lianyungang port logistics development of a detailed analysis of the status quo,pointed out the current development of port logistics shortcomings.After that,based on the collected literature and relevant materials,the advantages and experiences of domestic and international ports in logistics as well as their respective development status and trends were explored,from which the experience that can be used for reference for the development of Lianyungang port was extracted.Then through the use of SWOT analysis of lianyungang port logistics development of the disadvantages and advantages,as well as the future opportunities and challenges.On the basis of SWOT analysis,through the expert scoring method,analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to construct evaluation index system of port of lianyungang port logistics development,and grey correlation evaluation of lianyungang port logistics development,comparing to lianyungang port and other port,in order to conform to the port to explore the characteristics of its own logistics system and countermeasures,and effectively enhance the competitiveness of lianyungang port logistics.The paper has 18 pictures,14 tables,and 75 references.
