| Manufacturing is the foundation of a country,an instrument of rejuvenation,and the foundation of a strong country.The development of advanced manufacturing is a necessary path to realize the "Made in China 2025" strategy and an important part of realizing country’s high-quality development.In the past 20 years,Chinese manufacturing industry has made great achievements.At present,the trend of anti-globalization is on the rise again.Chinese manufacturing industry is facing both internal and external pressures.The lack of key technologies has put China in an unfavorable competitive situation.At the same time,a new round of industrial revolution is poised to take off,providing infinite possibilities for the leap-forward development of technological bottlenecks in Chinese manufacturing industry.Breakthroughs in key technologies can promote the transformation of economic development mode and help China fundamentally get rid of the situation that key industrial technologies are controlled by others.So,what is the key technology? What are the characteristics of key technologies? How to construct the mode and path of Chinses key technological breakthroughs from the perspective of the country or industry? The research in this thesis attempts to answer the above questions and help Chinese manufacturing industry achieve high-quality development.First,based on the conclusions of previous research,this thesis redefines the concept,characteristics and classification of key technologies.The key technology is the key commercial value and technical value within a certain period of time,located in the high-tech link of the technology chain and the high-value-added link of the value chain,and is very important for improving national competitiveness,industrial competitiveness,promoting technological change and development,improving social economy and technology.A class of technology groups that achieve coordinated development and ultimately improve national security and people’s quality of life,have the characteristics of basic,bottleneck,importance,versatility,practicability,timeliness and systemize.On this basis,this thesis clarifies the connotation of key technological deficiencies and breakthroughs,and explains the possible reasons for the deficiencies from historical and practical factors.Secondly,this thesis sorts out Chinese policies and guidelines for key technologies in recent years,and combines the actual performance of Chinese manufacturing industry to find that key technology breakthroughs face three problems.Thirdly,this thesis constructs an innovation ecosystem model of key technological breakthroughs of manufacturing enterprises in China from the two dimensions of innovation subject and innovation environment,and further explains the evolution path and dynamic mechanism of the system.The technological breakthrough path is divided into three stages: the budding stage,the growth stage and the mature stage.Different stages of key technological breakthroughs correspond to different technical goals,the main body of innovative organizations,the technological innovation capabilities of the organizations,and the sources of power for innovation.The realization of key technological breakthroughs requires three stages of technical ability accumulation and innovative organization training.In the process of key technological breakthroughs,a key technological innovation ecosystem with enterprises as the core gradually forms and grows,and its technological innovation capabilities and knowledge creation,flow,and digestion capabilities are also gradually enhanced.Finally,the applicability of the above theories is discussed through longitudinal case study of representative enterprise HCNC.It is found through the case study that the basic breakthrough of HCNC in high-performance CNC system technology conforms to the previous theory.In general,the thesis comprehensively uses theoretical literature research,historical analysis,theoretical model construction,system analysis,case studies and other means to answer the relevant problems of the lack and breakthrough of key technologies in Chinese manufacturing industry,and from the "promising government",the main body of enterprise innovation,university scientific research institutions and scientific and technological intermediaries put forward policy suggestions for key technological breakthroughs from multiple perspectives. |
