| With the rapid progress of urbanization in China,in order to alleviate urban-rural contradictions and coordinate urban-rural development,the state has further implemented the Rural Revitalization Strategy and encouraged the development of agricultural industrialization.Based on this,this paper combs the theory of rural and rural agricultural industry in Hunan Province,and generally follows the framework of "development status analysis-pattern characteristics analysis-cause research-optimization strategy",in order to provide theoretical support for rural construction in Hunan Province and the central region of China,and the analysis and optimization of the spatial pattern of agricultural industry.The results show that:(1)there is a positive spatial correlation between rural construction in Hunan Province,and its Moran’s I index is0.423,which has obvious agglomeration characteristics.The spatial agglomeration of counties at the same stage of rural level is more obvious,mainly distributed in Northern Hunan;The regions with obvious spatial differentiation are concentrated in eastern Hunan.Beautiful villages are concentrated and unevenly distributed in space,mainly in southern,northern and central Hunan,and relatively few in Western Hunan.(2)The spatial and temporal characteristics of the development level of rural agricultural industry in Hunan Province are analyzed from the aspects of factor input,output benefit and green agriculture.It is concluded that the development level is gradually rising.The index rose by 21.174 from 2015 to 2020,and the development level of agricultural industry in various cities and prefectures is uneven.The average level in eastern Hunan(9.49)is relatively the highest and that in Western Hunan(6.954)is relatively the lowest.(3)The rural agricultural industry in Hunan Province is clustered and distributed in space(ANN=0.52),and the distribution is uneven.From 2015 to 2020,the Moran’s I index of rural agricultural industry in Hunan Province was between 0.457 and 0.510,which was a positive spatial correlation.The rural agricultural industry in Hunan Province has obvious spatial heterogeneity and similarity,which is mainly reflected in the southwest and northwest regions of Hunan.(4)The main factors affecting the spatial pattern of rural agricultural industry in Hunan Province changed significantly around 2017,but remained stable within the dimensions of transportation construction level,production factor input,and agricultural economic level,while the influence of policy support conditions and natural resource endowments gradually increased.decline.Overall,the mileage of expressways,the mileage of highways,and the total output value of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery are the main influencing factors,and the degree of interaction effect is relatively the highest,with an impact value of 0.911.(5)According to the results of the previous analysis,combined with the requirements of Hunan Province’s "14th Five-Year Plan" agricultural and rural planning,it is proposed to strengthen the construction of beautiful villages in the whole region,promote the modernization of agricultural and rural areas,create advantageous agricultural industrial clusters,establish an intensive and efficient production system,and optimize the development structure of agricultural industries.,to create a smart agricultural industry production chain,expand the brand effect of the agricultural industry,and Implement the optimization strategy of opening up to the outside world and strengthening agriculture. |
