In recent years,with the promulgation and implementation of national policies such as the Construction of Beautiful Village and the Strategy of Rural Vitalization,rural development has received more and more attention in the process of economic and social development.As a major agricultural province in China,Hunan Province has made considerable progress in the process of rural construction and development,but there are still outstanding problems of the development of rural multi-industry integration,public resource allocation and basic undertakings,population hollowing,ecological environment quality,villagers’ living standards and development needs,social governance and spiritual civilization construction.Based on the background and requirements of the strategy of rural vitalization,the thesis aims at optimizing the systematic development of rural production space,living space and ecological space in Hunan Province as the main content.Based on the research foundation of the academic world and the actual situation,it focuses on the application of system dynamics principles and Methods Simulate the spatial relationship among the Three-dimension Space.Through the study of the division of three subsystems and the selection of factors,the definition of system model goals and boundaries,the construction of causal feedback structures and functions,the design of system flow diagrams,model simulation verification,original simulation,simulation scenario setting,and composite simulation scheme construction,etc,Pioneering the construction of the dynamic system of the Three-dimension Space and simulation and optimization.The results show that:(1)Most of the development factors of the development of production,quality of life,and ecological civilization in Hunan Province from 2008 to 2017 were volatility,and the interaction between the factors but the overall development trends were better;(2)The overall error rate of the Rural Three-dimension Space simulation model in Hunan Province based on system dynamics was within a reasonable range,and the space system simulation model was reliable,which was suitable for providing reliable data and basis for theoptimization and control of Rural Three-dimension Space;(3)The future of the existing development trend During the decade,from 2018 to 2027,the growth rate of GDP will increase from slow to fast,and the land for rural construction will show a slowing growth trend.The reduction of the total population continues to be significant at this stage,although environmental pollution and energy consumption were controlled but still in the growth trend indicates that there will still be some contradictions in the future development of the Three-dimension Space in the province;(4)In the results of the Three-dimension Space composite simulation program,the rural GDP of Hunan will increase by 16.86% compared with the original state.The living income of human beings will be 23.53%higher than the original state,and the degree of environmental pollution will be 1.41% lower than the original state;(5)Under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization,the future development of Hunan Province should promote the integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries,promote the construction of distribution security system,improve the quality of rural labor,improve rural infrastructure and public services,strengthen rural residential environment,promote clean energy,strengthen rural ecological red line control,promote energy application technology innovation,to improve the overall quality of the Three-dimension Space in the province.
