As the society keeps advancing and living standards keep rising,people pay more attention to their spiritual and cultural life.Museum cultural and creative products,the manifestation of cultural resources,have unique cultural attributes that can meet people’s needs for spiritual culture and promote excellent culture.Therefore,in recent years,the country has attached more importance to the design and development of cultural and creative products of cultural and museum units,so has the society.The cultural and creative products of museums face unprecedented opportunities.Shandong Museum boasts a rich collection of cultural relics,representing a unique advantage for the design of the products.However,problems remain,which cannot meet the needs of consumers and the endogenous needs of the museum that need to be developed.Therefore,ensuring the continuous,stable and positive personalized development of cultural and creative products is an important issue facing the current development of cultural and creative products in Shandong museums,which impelled the author to study the design of cultural and creative products in Shandong museums.Incorporating the unique artistic charm of cultural relics in Shandong Museum into the design of cultural and creative products will help pass on and promote traditional Chinese culture,enrich people’s spiritual and cultural life,generate economic benefits,and add new dynamic into the design of cultural and creative products.Taking the design of cultural and creative products of Shandong Museum as the research object.and containing five chapters,the paper introduces the research background,the recent research achievement and research methods,and explains the purpose and significance of the research in the first chapter.The second chapter gives a systematic overview of the relevant theories of museums and cultural and creative products,analyzes the design of excellent cultural and creative products of museums at home and abroad,and summarizes the rule of beauty in form,the use of colors,and the environmentally friendly attributes of materials.The third chapter gives an overview of the Shandong Museum,and by using the SWOT analysis to study the current situation of the cultural and creative products of the Shandong Museum,it summarizes the design strategy and value of the products.The fourth chapter is the key part,for it proposes the design principles and methods that Shandong Museum should follow in the development and design of cultural and creative products,as well as the design methods of element extraction,element reconstruction,and multisensory experience.This paper analyzes the design and application of bronzes,ceramics,ancient costumes and architectural works in the cultural and creative products of the Shandong Museum,so as to create a theoretical framework for the design of cultural and creative products of the museum,which provides ideas and guidance m.The fifth chapter introduces the design practice,and gives the visions of the study in the future.By the form of questionnaire,it aims at setting the design positioning of the product.Based on the method described in Chapter 4,taking the treasures and architectural forms of the Shandong Museum as inspiration,and using stationery and daily necessities as cultural carriers to carry out cultural creative products,it conducts design practice,further explores the feasibility of the previous theory,and the references it provides can be useful and positive for the design of museum cultural and creative products,and promotes the development of the relevant industries.
