Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of economy and society,the energy problem has become increasingly prominent all over the world.In the face of energy depletion and environmental pollution,photovoltaic solar energy,as a new energy substitute,has shown a strong development momentum.Photovoltaic power generation projects have many advantages,such as low-carbon environmental protection,wide application range and sustainable development.They are widely used and promoted in the field of new energy.However,due to the increasingly strong construction momentum of photovoltaic power generation projects in China,there are many problems in the construction stage,such as construction quality,unreasonable design and so on,that is,the potential risk factors of the project.At the same time,solar photovoltaic power generation projects have many characteristics,such as high requirements for the technical level of construction,slow cost recovery of project funds,high risks faced by the project,and the existence of a variety of risks.In view of this situation,it is of great practical significance to study the project risk management in the early stage of the construction of photovoltaic power generation project.This paper focuses on the photovoltaic power generation construction project in caomiaozi Town,Weihai City as a research case.On the basis of obtaining the data of the project and studying the risk management theory related to engineering construction,this paper identifies the risk factors in the construction process of the project and formulates effective countermeasures,so as to effectively reduce the losses caused by risks and give full play to the best effect of project risk management in engineering construction projects.In order to successfully carry out the research on risk management of photovoltaic project in caomiaozi Town,Weihai City,this paper first combs and summarizes the relevant academic achievements related to project risk management that can be consulted at home and abroad.Secondly,it comprehensively analyzes the current situation of risk management of photovoltaic power generation construction project in caomiaozi Town,Weihai City,and points out the deficiencies of the project in risk management awareness,risk response measures and risk management system.The index system is established through Delphi method,and the project risks are effectively identified from the four stages of project initiation and decision-making stage,project preparation stage,project construction stage and project completion acceptance.On the basis of the identified project risks,the weight is calculated by analytic hierarchy process and the risk factors are evaluated by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the risk level of risk factors is ranked from high to low.Finally,according to the evaluation results,Formulate the risk response strategy of photovoltaic power generation construction project in caomiaozi Town,Weihai City,avoid the occurrence of risk factors in the construction process,and provide guarantee for the smooth implementation of the project.
