| Road network is a key bridge connecting regional transportation,a transportation carrier of people and logistics generated by social and economic activities,and an important foundation to support the economic and social development of rural areas.The vast counties in the black soil area of Northeast China have a single industrial structure,a high proportion of planting industry,an overall backward level of economic development,and generally poor rural transportation conditions.As a typical county in the black soil area of Northeast China,Baiquan County is one of the three deep poverty counties in Heilongjiang Province.It is faced with the task of consolidating the achievements of poverty alleviation and effectively connecting with rural revitalization.Therefore,it is urgent to strengthen the infrastructure construction led by transportation and create good conditions for county agricultural and rural development.Taking Baiquan County,Qiqihar City,Heilongjiang Province as an example,this paper analyzes and evaluates the accessibility,road quality and road demand of rural roads in Baiquan County by using the methods of questionnaire interview,field investigation and GIS spatial analysis.Based on the analysis and evaluation results,this paper summarizes the current situation and existing problems of rural roads in Baiquan County,and puts forward the optimization scheme and Countermeasures of rural roads,It aims to provide reference for local transportation infrastructure construction and village planning.The main contents and results are as follows:(1)Accessibility of rural roads in Baiquan County.The spatial distribution of road network accessibility level in Baiquan County shows a "center periphery" pattern,and the distance along the two sides of the main traffic trunk line shows an attenuation trend.Among them,Baiquan Town,Shizhong Township and other towns close to the county are obviously radiated by the main urban area,the road network construction is relatively perfect,and the density of township road network is high;Yongqin Township,Dazhong Township and other townships are close to each other.At the same time,the road construction inside the township is also perfect and the internal accessibility is high;Baiquan Town and Xingguo township are close to g333 and g202 traffic trunk lines,and the connection level of township roads is high.(2)Quality of rural roads in Baiquan County.The main roads of villages and towns in Baiquan County have a high degree of hardening,with a hardening rate of 90.86%.The secondary trunk roads and field roads are hardly hardened,and some hardened roads are seriously damaged and churned due to years of disrepair;In terms of pavement width,the pavement of some rural roads is narrow and the width is not enough,which affects the passing of vehicles;In terms of road maintenance,it is mainly to remove the weeds on the shoulder and the sundries on the pavement.The work of side ditch and pavement repair is not in place.The long-term lack of maintenance leads to the decline of road quality.Overall,the overall quality of rural roads in Baiquan County is poor,which is not conducive to villagers’ travel,transportation of agricultural products,economic development,etc.(3)Demand for rural roads in Baiquan County.By understanding the villagers’ demand for roads,it is found that there are still some problems.In terms of life,the street lamps and signs in various villages and towns in Baiquan County are not set in place,and the road infrastructure configuration is not complete.In terms of production,field roads are mainly dirt roads,which affects villagers’ farming and the driving of large machinery.In this regard,the villagers’ demands for road construction and maintenance include: adding street lamps,traffic safety warning signs,building parking lots,sun drying yards and hardening field roads.(4)Optimization Countermeasures of rural roads in Baiquan County.Aiming at the problems of road accessibility and quality,this paper puts forward the Optimization Countermeasures of rural roads in Baiquan County from two levels.The overall optimization countermeasures include improving road quality,improving road network accessibility,strengthening road traffic supervision,advocating public transport priority,improving traffic safety infrastructure and strengthening road maintenance.Finally,according to the accessibility level and existing problems of township roads in Baiquan County,targeted classified measures are taken to optimize the rural road network system in Baiquan County. |
