With the growth of aviation volume,the internal potential of the terminal area has been exhausted,and the bottleneck of airport capacity is gradually transferred from the internal terminal area to the regional control airspace,especially the capacity of the multi-airport system.At present,the capacity assessment is mostly limited to the internal structure of the terminal area and lacks consideration of the external controlled airspace.The capacity assessment method integrating the internal structure of the terminal area and the external airspace has become the focus of capacity assessment at present.The purpose of the multi-airport system maximum capacity assessment study based on the associated airspace is to expand the airspace research scope from the terminal area to the area control airspace,so as to find the bottleneck point of the multi-airport system capacity.Firstly,a capacity calculation model based on the internal structure of the terminal area is established.The intersection of the approach and departure routes is the basic unit,and the interval between passing points is calculated according to the intersection configuration and arrival sequence,and the route waiting matrix is established according to the interval between passing points,with the minimum waiting time as the aircraft sequence is based on the terminal area capacity in a given time and is checked with TAAM simulation software.Secondly,the scope of airspace research is extended to the area controlled airspace.The choice degree,betweenness,point strength and clustering coefficient of the complex network theory are used as the evaluation indexes of the waypoints in the area controlled airspace,and the comprehensive indicators of the waypoint are determined by calculating the weight of each index using the entropy weight process.The key points of the area control airspace are determined using detailed indicators,use the key points as the boundary to determine the associated airspace of the terminal area,and test the method through network robustness.Finally,a dimensional-enhanced cell transmission model was established in the associated airspace.The route in the associated airspace was divided into several cells,the cell capacity was used as the limiting condition.To create a mixed linear integer programming model,the maximal flow of the associated airspace was used as the objective function,using genetic algorithms to solve the model to obtain the terminal area capacity restricted by the associated airspace and checks it with TAAM simulation software.By comparing and analyzing the terminal area capacity restricted by the internal structure of the terminal area and the associated airspace structure,the bottleneck point of the multi-airport system capacity is obtained.In this paper,the internal structure and external airspace of the terminal area for the modeling of the multi-airport system can accurately get the capacity of the multi-airport system and the capacity bottleneck of the multi-airport system accurately analyzed. |
