With the rapid development of international civil aviation industry,the demand for civil aviation transport is increasing.Chinese civil aviation demand increased by more than 10%.Ten years later,China will become the world's largest civil aviation market.With the rapid growth of air traffic,airport,airspace and route are generally congested,leading to flight delays and affecting the passenger experience.In 2016,Chinese civil aviation average flight rate was 76.76%,which has rebounded in last two years.But compared with the United States,Germany and other developed countries,there is still a big gap.Currently,assistant and decision system of sequencing the arriving and departing aircrafts equipped in air traffic management system,in most developed countries.Through a reasonable sort of the aircraft queue in terminal area,the runway capacity can be improved effectively,thereby reducing aircraft delays.At the same time,it can also significantly reduce the workload of the control staff,improve work efficiency.In this thesis,through the study of the more mature air traffic control system in foreign countries,this makes a deep understanding of the system structure,working flow,theoretical basis and key technology,and then combines the hardware and software resources of the national air traffic control scene simulation system,designs and implements the Terminal area flight scheduling system.The system uses C/S architecture,the server is responsible for flight planning processing,AFTN message processing,monitoring data processing,meteorological data processing and provide database services;client function has four-dimensional track forecast,flight sort,interface display and log query,function implementation depends on the database in real time to update the data.The main contents of the thesis are as follow:1.Study the terminal area environment.Learning the definition,application and complex structure of it.Learning about the terminal area control methods.Reserve knowledge for algorithmic design and system design.2.Research advantages and disadvantages of various terminal area flight scheduling algorithm.Based on the GA algorithm,proposed an innovative algorithm which include a double crossover operator consists of a cross mask and a partial mapping crossover operator.3.Based on the existing software and hardware resources of the ATC scene simulation system,the terminal area flight scheduling system is designed and realized.Determine the system architecture division and achieve service and client function module,the server is responsible for receiving and processing a variety of complete flight data,the client is responsible for the completion of major human-computer interaction and sorting work.4.The scheduling system is tested from two aspects: system function test and algorithm performance evaluation.Repeatedly use the system to sort out the flight,by checking the module input and output to determine whether the system is running properly.The performance of the improved algorithm is evaluated by comparing the results of multiple algorithms.
