With the high-speed development of the air transportation industry,the problems that the demandand the captcity mismatch produced by whice the convective weather have an positive influence onairspace capacity is increasingly serious,and gradually become the dominant reason for flight delays.In order to estimate the airspace capacity influenced by the convective weather and can add theprobability weather information to the traffic mamangment decision, and improve the effencency andaccuracy of the airlines,the paper firstly classify the weather by scenario tree ID3algorithm,secondlybuild time serious of the convective weather which influence the terminal area,thirdly devide seasonby genetic algorithm which get the best season devision.Then the paper count the probability capacitydistribution of all capacity values that corresponding all kinds of weather, and use a parameter timecapacity distribution model to calculate the influence of seasonal weather traffic airspace capacitydistribution.Then it analysis the method with specific airport as an example.Next it introduces threererouted methods that aircraft fly into the terminal areaspace.The paper introduces definition andcontent of the controller workload and calculate terminal area airspace capacity using regressionanalysis based on controller workload and rerouted of standard terminal area approach.At last itachieve purpose of analyzing the effection of weather and season devision by computer simulation.
