The operating efficiency of the control system is a key indicator to measure the control service,and it can better reflect the operating status of the control unit.The terminal area is the most complex area in the air traffic control area.The operating efficiency of the terminal area control system is often affected by many factors such as the complex airspace environment,the large number of flights,and the limited resources.Therefore,in order to improve the service level of air traffic control,it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the operation process of the system,scientifically identify the influencing factors and effectively evaluate the operation efficiency of the terminal area control system.Based on the evaluation,further study the improvement strategy of the terminal area control system operation efficiency.It carries out the following research on the operating efficiency of the terminal control system:Firstly,according to the research status at domestic and abroad and the relevant theoretical knowledge of terminal ATC services,the definition of terminal area control system operation efficiency is determined.Based on this,combined with the operating characteristics of the terminal area control system,the structural equation model(Structural Equation Model,SEM)is used to identify the main influencing factors of the operation efficiency of the terminal area control system,and the establishment of an evaluation index system for the operation efficiency of the terminal zone control system.Secondly,the improved principal component analysis model and the entropy method model were used to evaluate the operating efficiency of the terminal area control system using the averaged instead of standardization,and the Kendall’s W uniformity test was performed on the evaluation results.After the verification passed,the final evaluation result was integrated.Integrate instances to check the significance of the model and analyze the final assessment results.Then,using System Dynamics(SD)information feedback regulation theory,analyze the dynamic feedback mechanism of the terminal control system,draw the system dynamics causality diagram of the operation efficiency of the terminal control system,establish the efficiency function,and construct the terminal control system The system dynamics model of system operation efficiency,combined with examples,simulates the operation process of the system,and validates the validity of the model through the analysis of the degree of fit,which provides a theoretical basis for studying the improvement of the operation efficiency of the terminal area control system.Finally,based on the system dynamics model of the operation efficiency of the terminal area control system,the sensitive factors in the model are analyzed,and the value of the sensitive factors is optimized through the goal planning theory,and the optimized operation efficiency of the terminal area control system is adopted.The system dynamics model analyzes efficiency improvement strategies to provide guarantee for air traffic control services.
