With the recent emphasis on supply risk management in sustainable supply chains(SSCs),the evaluation and selection of appropriate suppliers are more important than ever. However, most of the existing researches do not take all three sustainability perspectives(economic, social and environmental)of supply risk into account simultaneously. In the meantime, the existing research seldom takes the weights of decision-makers(DMs)into account, and seldom combines the weights of decision-makers(DMs)into the process of solving the criteria weights. Therefore, considering the uncertain information decisionmaking environment, this paper proposes a risk-based integrated group decision-making model for sustainable supplier selection.Firstly, the weights of decision-makers(DMs)are taken as linguistic terms denoted by intuitionistic fuzzy numbers(IFNs).Secondly, from the perspective of triple-bottom-line(economic,social and environmental),the criteria related to supply risk are determined, and the intuitionistic fuzzy decision matrix of alternative suppliers is established according to each criterion.Thirdly, after obtaining the aggregated intuitionistic fuzzy decision-making matrix considering the expert weights, this paper uses the entropy weight method to calculate the criteria weights objectively. Then, the improved failure mode and effects analysis(FMEA)is adopted for the risk assessment to exclude high-risk suppliers. Finally, the extended alternative queuing method(AQM)is applied to rank the qualified suppliers in sustainable supplier selection, and the final ranking of qualified alternative suppliers is obtained by constructing 0-1 priority relation matrix and directed graph. This model can not only enable enterprises to reduce supply risk in sustainable supplier selection practices and identify and prevent the failure modes that lead to supply risk, but also reduce the uncertainty of sustainable supplier selection decision,in order to make the decision result of supplier selection more accurate. In this paper, the proposed model are illustrated through application in a leading Chinese electrical appliance manufacturing company, and the raw material of the home appliance products of Company J is taken as the research object. The feasibility and effectiveness of the model are verified through sensitivity analysis and comparative analysis. The empirical illustration also indicates several important findings that contribute to a wider understanding of supply risk group decision-makings in sustainable supplier selection.
