As the global market accelerates formation,the market environment is constantly changing.The customer needs are more and more personalized.In order to win more customers,the company has to innovate the traditional inventory-driven production methods to form a customer-centered thinking.The BTO production method can well meet the personalized needs of customers..The BTO production method is entirely driven by customer demand and does not enter the order plan until it is confirmed.However,customers not only have diversified demands for product types,but also often have requirements for delivery time.The automobile's production delivery process involves multiple business segments,which including order processing,production preparation,production,inventory,and shipping.Through the statistics of a company's data,it is found that the production preparation link takes the most time and the difficulty in the entire cycle when optimizing the business process.During the production preparation period,it is important for the supplier's choice and The management of the supply process whether the JIT supply plan for many parts of automotive products can be realized.This article first analyzes the characteristics of the auto parts supply chain in the BTO model,and concludes that it takes the customer as the core and requires a high response speed.Based on this,we will study the selection and supply process management of parts suppliers under the BTO model.According to the relationship between auto parts suppliers and the characteristics of the supply chain under the BTO model,the focus is on responsiveness.At the same time,it is necessary to consider the cost,and establish a supplier-selected two-tier model.The upper layer of the model is based on the principle of minimum cost.The lower level plan reflects the rapid response capability of the supplier.The analysis and selection of the supplier's rapid response capability evaluation indicators in the lower layers of the model are performed.Next,according to the established two-layer model,the solution method is designed,the standardization method of the evaluation index and the method of determining the weight coefficient are selected.Analyze and compare the advantages and disadvantages of various algorithms,and finally solve the model based on genetic algorithm.After the suppliers have been identified,they will study the supply process management of auto parts suppliers and optimize the supply of parts and components under the BTO model,including the order matching mechanism and inbound logistics management.Finally,the selection of non-key suppliers of C auto companies is taken as an example to verify the effectiveness of the bi-level planning model.After study the application of spare parts supply system,we sum up C auto supply process management platform framework and relevant IT system function modules.
