Research On Sustainable Supply Chain Suppliers Evaluation And Selection Of Company Q

With the increasing attention of policies and regulations on environmental,social and corporate responsibility issues,as well as the pressure from consumers and stakeholders,the implementation of green and sustainable development has received great attention from enterprises.Automobile manufacturing as a pillar industry,green and intelligent development mode has become an inevitable trend to improve market competitiveness.Q company is also urgently aware of the importance of sustainable development,and promote the sustainable development in whole supply chain to the strategic level.Under this research background,starting from supplier selection of company Q,this research finds that its traditional supplier evaluation criteria system can’t meet the strategic requirements of current sustainable development.How to improve sustainable supplier selection has become a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently.Based on this,this research proposed a sustainable supply chain supplier evaluation and selection decision-making model for Q company.Firstly,a supplier evaluation criteria system based on "Triple Bottom Line" is constructed.According to applicability requirements,identify and screen the key criteria to form a more suitable sustainable supplier evaluation criteria system for Q company.Secondly,an integrated model of Type-2 FVIKOR model for sustainable supplier selection was proposed.This research used the maximum deviation method to calculate the subjective and objective weight,applied the Type-2 fuzzy set to solve the uncertainty of expert evaluation information,and extended the traditional VIKOR model to obtain more accurate supplier ranking result.Finally,taking the project of car camera supplier selection as an example,the stability and effectiveness of the model are further verified by sensitivity and comparative analysis of decision-making methods.This research found that it is necessary to construct supplier evaluation criteria system based on triple bottom line and sustainable supplier selection decision model.On the one hand,it helps Q company to improve and solve the problem of sustainable supplier selection;on the other hand,it also provides certain reference for other automobile enterprises to achieve sustainable development.
