The intense competition pressure and the diversified market demand has put forward higher requirements for the special field of construction.s a subdivision of construction industry,chemical industry construction industry is a special construction project with large investment,complex nature,long construction cycle,high added value,large number of participants,large industrial correlation,high technology density,high environmental protection requirements and high risk.It has a great impact on the national economy and environmental protection.Construction enterprises in the construction industry are more special and individual to the supply chain than the traditional manufacturing industry.The selection and evaluation of suppliers is the basis of supply chain management and the core of supply chain management.The main body of this article is the direct chain of the construction enterprise and the material supplier,which is intercepted from the supply chain of the whole construction project.This paper expounds the procurement supply chain,relationship between construction enterprise and material suppliers,from preferred supplier perspective,substantial optimization of procurement and supply chain management,enterprise supplier management,so as to strengthen the cost control in project management,and ultimately promote the competitive power of enterprise,improve the enterprise benefit goal.As a large chemical construction and construction company in China,HJ business scope covers petrochemical industry,coal chemical industry,natural gas chemical industry and chemical industry as well as other engineering construction areas.Annual chemical equipment and material procurement amount exceeds 2 billion yuan.Such a large purchase amount is carried out through the traditional loose supplier selection method through inquiry or bidding,which has low efficiency and essentially affects the purchasing cost of enterprises.Based on the practical significance of selecting suppliers in procurement and supply chain for construction enterprises,this study proposes that it is a general trend for construction enterprises to choose suppliers in supply chain.On this basis,through the combination of AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method the advantages of using a scientific and convenient method to construct the supplier evaluation model of chemical construction enterprises purchasing and supply chain,improve the HJ company supplier evaluation selection evaluation index system of supplier.Through fuzzy evaluation,the situation of supplier is evaluated,and the article is changed from qualitative to quantitative analysis,and the evaluation model of selecting the best supplier is built.Finally,through the comprehensive analysis of the evaluation results,it puts forward the improvement countermeasures for the supplier management of HJ Company and then provides reference for other chemical construction enterprises to select suppliers.
