Research On The Design Of The Living Space In Urban Old-age Institutions In Northwest China

China is one of the countries with the largest elderly population and the fastest growth rate of aging in the world,but the old-age enterprise starts late,and the quality of old-age institutions is uneven.Living space is the most core space of the old-age institutions,the study and improvement of the living space of the old-age institutions is conducive to improving the quality of service of the old-age institutions,is conducive to meeting the needs of the elderly for a better life.This paper studies the design of living space of the old-age institutions in the northwest region from the contradiction between the aging environment and the aging of the population in the northwest region.Through the research on the current state of research at home and abroad,the type,demand and physiological psychological characteristics of the elderly,the research foundation is grasped.And combined with the relevant disciplines for theoretical support.Through the basic research and interview of the living space of the typical old-age institutions in northwest China,the problems of living space of the old-age institutions in the northwest region are summarized at this stage: the lack of resource allocation of various types of old-age facilities,the separation of living space design and facilities,and the neglect of the physiological and psychological characteristics of the elderly in the design of living space.Through the literature case investigation,the domestic excellent case example research,sum up its experience and enlightenment.And combined with the current situation of living space of the old-age institutions in northwest China,the design strategy is put forward from the three levels of large,medium and small.At the macro level,the design strategy of the service system of urban old-age institutions is put forward.From the perspective of the level,the spatial design strategy of urban old-age institutions is put forward.From the micro level,the design strategy of urban old-age institution environment and facilities equipment is put forward.This enables a shift from problem to method.Then analyze the practical application of design strategy in the various functional spaces in the living space of the old-age institution,and then build the model of the living space in the old-age institution.From the perspective of development,this paper discusses the design strategy of intelligent old-age service system and puts forward the principles of continuity,preset and concealment of residential space design under the concept of old age life cycle,so as to realize the transformation of theory to practical operation.This paper aims to provide theoretical and design practice reference for the improvement of urban old-age living space in northwest China.
