| The special geographical location of our country makes the seismic belt widely distributed in our country and causes many earthquakes.With the development of economy and the adverse effects of earthquakes,people pay more and more attention to the seismic performance of houses.In many earthquake disasters,the destruction of village buildings is particularly serious,and the buildings using isolation technology are not damaged.Because of the high cost and complex installation technology,the laminated rubber bearing used in isolation technology cannot be widely used in town and village buildings.The annual production of billions of of discarded tires,mainly used for "indigenous refining",the tyres contain toxic substances,will lead to air,land and water pollution.If the use of used tires in building isolation technology can not only reduce the cost of seismic isolation building,but also can be used for two of waste tires.The results show that the laminated tire isolator has good isolation performance,and has the advantages of simple structure,convenient installation and low cost,and is suitable for use in village and town buildings.In this paper,the influence of size and tyre type on the isolation performance of laminated tire isolation cushion is studied,and the main research contents are as follows: 1,the vertical mechanical properties of the laminated tire isolation pad are tested,and the influence of the failure mechanism and the size and the tyre type on the ultimate compressive stress,the vertical compressive stiffness and the deformation property of the laminated tire isolation pad under the vertical load is analyzed.The vertical ultimate compressive stress 9MPa of the laminated tire isolation pad is obtained.The vertical compressive stiffness of tyre-isolated tires of Four Seasons is about 5% higher than that of snow tires,which increases with the increase of size;the laminated tire isolation pads of two tyre types have good deformation properties.2,the horizontal mechanical property test of laminated tire isolation pad is carried out,and the influence of size and tyre type on compressive strength,horizontal equivalent stiffness,residual displacement,hysteretic curve,energy dissipation capacity,stiffness degradation and equivalent damping ratio is analyzed.The results show that the size is positively correlated with the compressive strength,the horizontal equivalent stiffness,the energy dissipation capacity and the equivalent damping ratio,and has little effect on the residual displacement.The compressive shear capacity and energy dissipation ability of the Four seasons are better than that of snow tires.The influence of tyre type on the horizontal equivalent stiffness is different 3,considering the vertical mechanical properties and the horizontal mechanical properties of the laminated tire isolation cushion,the optimum size and the tyre type of the tire isolation pad are optimized. |
