With the development of the automobile industry,the requirements of the vehicle is getting higher and higher,not only good handing performance,safety performance and good trafficability,but also good comfort.The comfort of the vehicle is mainly reflected in the vibration and noise.The domestic research focuses on engine noise and exhaust noise,and the tire noise research is not perfect,but tire noise has a significant impact on vehicle noise.It is very important to study tire noise for vehicle comfort characteristics.In 1980 s,as the test conditions and technical methods are relatively backward,the only way to study tire noise is analysis the test result data.Exploring the sound mechanism of tires for the control of tire noise,the development of low noise tires has great research significa nce.In recent years,with the finite element technology,boundary element technology,fluid analysis technology and large-scale finite element software development and application to the tire noise field,it provide a new way to observe the microscopic changes in tires,which can't be achieved in laboratory.This paper is based on the noise test,the tire noise test under different working conditions is carried out,and the noise test results of the tires are compared and analyzed.Then,the tire noise model with different pattern types is established,and the corresponding simulation analysis is carried out.The details of this article are as follows:Firstly,Tire noise development history and research status.This paper elaborates the research history and research status of tire noise experiment at home and abroad.In this study,the research methods of tire noise at home and abroad are mainly introduced,the research equipment used in the study,the depth of research on the sound mechanism of tire noise at home and abroad,and the characteristics of the research on the sound mechanism,Tire noise aspects of the research results and the significance of this study.Secondly,Tire finite element model modeling.Introducing the finite element model of tire simple model and the modeling method of tire finite element model with complex pattern,and introduce the key technology of tire modeling from two aspects: tire material model and tire geometric model.The test of the parts of the tire and the use of ABAQUS software for material parameter identification method.Thirdly,Tire noise test analysis.In this paper,a detailed description of the tire modal test,tire high-speed through the cleat test,tire noise test;Tire modal test and tire high speed through the cleat test is used to verify the established tire modal model and tire dynamic model and design;The tire noise test mainly introduces how to carry out the noise test of the tire,including the introduction of the type of laboratory used,the test equipment used in the test,the operational procedures of the test.And also introduced the analysis of the noise test data used in this study and analysis of the content,through these methods to get the required tire noise information.Then.Building tire vibration noise model.The tire noise model established in this paper is based on the radiation noise model produced by modal vibration,Therefore,this chapter first introduces the tire modal model,and according to the tire modal test results to verify the tire simulation results;After the establishment of tires dynamic rolling model,This article through the tire dynamic over the cleat test to validat the dynamic model,combining the proven tire modal model and tire dynamic rolling model,the tire noise model was established and the accuracy of tire noise under different tire pressure and speed is verified.Finally.Exploring the effect of pattern on tire noise.Based on the established tire noise model,the influence of the tread pattern on the tire noise was studied by using the geometrica l parameters of the tread pattern and the material characteristic parameters as variables.By changing the length of the tire longitudinal pattern,the width and the length of the tire transverse pattern and changing the material characteristic parameters of the tire pattern,the influence of the tire pattern on the tire noise is studied,and the influence rule is provided,which provides guidance for the design of the low noise tire.
