| The Airborne Data Acquisition System is responsible for a variety of aircraft feature data such as digital and analog signals and data acquisition of subsystem flight characteristics and analysis the data from storage module.The rapid development of large aircraft requires higher flight test.The traditional test-system based on PCM can not meet the growing demand.The Real-Time Industrial Ethernet EtherCAT has a superior performance to meet the airborne-test-system’s high demand of real-time,high-speed,synchronous and reliability.How to use EtherCAT in airborne-test-system is the focus of current study and also an improvement for further use.In this paper,combined with laboratory research project-"Research on key Technology of Data Acquisition System Based on Real-time Ethernet and its Implementation and Verification",we mainly talk about software design of configuration and management module in airborne data acquisition system.The airborne data acquisition system must finish many tasks,such as data acquisition,storage,analysis,process and telemetry.First,we must use correct configuration to set the whole system,secondly we must store the configuration document for after run,so that once the system had been correct configured it can load its own configuration data to make a fast start.In this paper,we give a net solution of airborne data acquisition system’s configuration and management modules based on XML.First,we explain command design between the airborne data acquisition system and configuration and management host,with which to control the system state so that we can set the system state.Then a detailed analysis of airborne data acquisition system’s operating parameters for each acquisition task.Using XML language as a carrier of operating parameters,Different XML document corresponds to different management.At last,there are details about how the configuration files generated and parsed.This configuration and management module has good versatility.The configuration and management method based on XML using XML standard to store the operating parameters which gives good internal structure. |
