| With the development and demand for large aircraft,aircraft testing is also developing rapidly.The conventional PCM-based airborne test system has become increasingly unable to meet the aircraft test requirements,so the networked and distributed airborne test system has become more and more popular.Because supportting high accuracy time synchronization,data transfer speed and wide adaptability,and a variety of physical topology,A real-time Ethernet technology is a core technology of networked airborne test system.Aviation Full Duplex Ethernet(AFDX)is specificated by ARINC664,and it used virtual link technology and BAG control delay jitterand,through redundant connections and network structure transmission deterministic transmission service.because of the high transmission bandwidth,reliability,real-time,security features,it has became the trend of avionics system bus.Based on the project-"Research on key Technology of Data Acquisition System Based on Real-time Ethernet and its Implementation and Verification",this paper provide a deep research on the design and implementation of the AFDX bus data acquisition module.Firstly,a development of background of the airborne test system,an analysis of the changes in airborne testing demands,its networked development trend followed by an introduction to the technical principles of the EtherCAT protocol,and AFDX protocol technology is given in this paper.Secondly according to the business needs of the data collection and transmission,it proposed the design of AFDX data collected from the station,with the entire system design is determined,and gives a detailed design description.Then simulated,consolidated,placemented and routed in Xilinx ISE 11.1 development environment combined ModelSim SE 6.3C.Finally a system test platform is built,on which the design functionality is tested for the single AFDX station and the entire test system.The testing results show that parameters configuration,rule matching,data acquisition,and other functions can be realized in the AFDX data acquisition station,the system is stable and achieve the desired design objectives. |
