| The airborne test system which consists of sensors,data collectors,loggers and real-time data processing equipments plays an important role in flight testing data acquisition.In order to meet the large aircraft testing requirements which include various parameters,sparse sensor distribution,long testing time,big storage amount and critical processing and observing demand,real-time EtherCAT system is proposed as the substitution of traditional PCM system which has the drawbacks in frame structure,data rate and high cost.EtherCAT system which has many merits such as flexible frame structure,high data rate and low cost meets the demanding of future flight testing occasions.This thesis which is focused on the methodology of the design and implementation of task scheduling software in Airborne Test System based on EtherCAT is original from the project—"The crucial technique implementation and verification method of the data acquisition on EtherCAT system".Firstly,the tendency and the related protocol information of current airborne test system development are discussed,behind with the analysis of features of EtherCAT system.Secondly,the main structure and software architecture of the embedded EtherCAT system master is discussed in detail.The design scheme of task scheduling of embedded master in this system is given and the task scheduling software module of the software development process is described.Finally,the verification of data acquisition system is discussed based on this test system platform. |
