The data acquisition and management system of aircraft fuel system test bench is an importantpart of a key model aircraft fuel ground simulation test bench. The system is mainly to complete themeasurement of component parameters in the fuel system test project, while providing the categorymanagement and the analysis of the test data. This paper has important significance for verifying thereasonableness of the new models aircraft fuel system schematic design, testing operation status of thevarious components and the reliability, stability of the whole system, managing large volumes of testdata and so on.According to the analysis of the test requirement,the design of the data acquisition andmanagement system is discussed in this paper. Firstly, the design of systematic structural and thesystem hardware platform are introduced. Then, this paper provides a software design scheme of thedata acquisition system and the data management system. According to the requirements of thesystem, the data acquisition system software is designed using modular design and multi-threadedprogramming. The software achieves the measurements of the128normal speed channels and the8high speed channels at the same time with function modules of the collection, storage, display, datauploading and so on. A memory mapping technology with “segmented view, batch processing” is usedto achieve fast processing of the large data file generated by long time multi-channel test. This paperalso designs and implements the data management system software on.NET Framework platformcombining with SQL Server database. It can realize integrated management of projects and data underdifferent models, while providing operations of test data conversion, precondition, playback, andcomparison. Finally, for the requirement of clock synchronization error within10ms when dataacquisition system and monitoring/control system is working online, the paper researches the IEEE1588protocol and the factors that affect synchronization accuracy on Windows platform. Itimplements the network clock synchronization software according to the IEEE1588protocol, whichmeets the needs of the system clock synchronization accuracy.After the requirement analysis, overall system design, system software design and testing process,the data acquisition and management system of aircraft fuel system test bench completed in this papermeets requirements of the system.
