| To realize the development of intelligent green development and clean and efficient utilization,coal enterprises need to rely on scientific and technological innovation.Effective technological innovation can promote coal enterprises to reduce their own losses,improve production efficiency,and improve their "resistance" to the impact of new energy.Technological innovation is the key to promote the development of coal enterprises,and the efficiency of technological innovation plays a decisive role in improving the competitiveness of coal enterprises.Therefore,it is of great significance to objectively evaluate the technological innovation efficiency of coal enterprises and analyze its influencing factors.It not only enriches the research results of the evaluation of technological innovation efficiency of coal enterprises,but also puts forward guiding suggestions for enterprises to rationally allocate innovation resources.The representative listed coal enterprises are selected as the research object.Based on the value chain theory,the technological innovation process is divided into two stages: technological research and development and achievement transformation.A two-stage technological innovation value chain model is constructed,which includes human resources,capital,patented technology,economic benefits and other indicators.Based on the panel data of 22 representative coal listed enterprises from 2016 to 2020,the two-stage chain network DEA model and Malmquist index model are used to conduct full sample analysis and matrix analysis of two-stage efficiency,and dynamic analysis of total factor productivity index and decomposition.On this basis,the main influencing factors of technological innovation efficiency are analyzed by using the multiple linear regression fixed effect model,and finally the strategies to improve the technological innovation efficiency of coal listed enterprises are proposed.The research results are as follows:(1)Through the full sample analysis of the two-stage technological innovation efficiency of coal listed enterprises,it is found that the comprehensive efficiency of technological innovation of coal listed enterprises in 2016-2020 shows a trend of fluctuating and rising,and there is still much room for improvement;The efficiency of technology R&D is the key factor restricting the improvement of the comprehensive efficiency of technology innovation;Through matrix analysis of two-stage efficiency,it is found that most enterprises are in the mode of low R&D and low transformation,and the technological innovation efficiency of most coal listed enterprises in western China is higher than that in eastern China;In terms of resource allocation,the relative redundancy of R&D investment amount and R&D personnel investment is the main problem of low technology R&D efficiency.(2)Through the dynamic analysis of the total factor productivity index and decomposition of coal listed enterprises,it is found that the total factor productivity of technological innovation of most coal listed enterprises is on the rise,and technological progress is the main factor promoting the growth of total factor productivity of technological innovation.(3)Through the regression analysis of the influencing factors of the technological innovation efficiency of coal listed enterprises,it is found that the influencing factors of the technological innovation efficiency of coal listed enterprises are different in different stages of research.The influencing factors that have a significant positive correlation with the overall efficiency have a promoting effect from large to small: the proportion of highly educated employees>enterprise size;The influencing factors that have a significant negative correlation with the overall efficiency are: the proportion of technicians>enterprise attributes>asset liability ratio.On the whole,each influencing factor index mainly affects the overall technological innovation efficiency through the technology research and development stage.(4)Coal listed enterprises should optimize the allocation of innovative resources,adopt different innovative development paths,expand the size of enterprises,promote the coordinated development of various regions of the coal industry,and strengthen the implementation and supervision of innovation policies,so as to improve the efficiency of technological innovation of coal listed enterprises.There are thirteen figures,twenty-five tables and eighty-eight references in this thesis. |
