Under the background of low carbon,achieving the sustainable development of petrochemical enterprises with quality and benefit has become an urgent problem to be solved.Ecological efficiency is the key method to measure the sustainable development ability of petrochemical enterprises in the low carbon background and the main growth force to improve the resource utilization ability of petrochemical enterprises.How to use the increase of the ecological efficiency of petrochemical enterprises to improve the production efficiency and sustainable development ability of China’s petrochemical enterprises is an effective way for petrochemical enterprises to cope with the dual crisis of ecological environment protection and oil price decline.Therefore,scientific measurement under the background of low carbon ecological efficiency and petroleum enterprise technology innovation level,and explore the technology innovation level and each variable’s influence on the ecological efficiency of petroleum enterprise growth trend,make effective Suggestions and improve the efficiency of petroleum enterprise ecological path to achieve high quality and high benefit for the development of petroleum enterprise has very important practical value.This paper studies the dynamic relationship between technological innovation level and ecological efficiency of petrochemical enterprises under low carbon background.Firstly,relevant theories such as economic growth theory,circular economy theory and ecological efficiency evaluation method are summarized.Secondly,the dynamic mechanism of the growth of the ecological efficiency of petrochemical enterprises is analyzed from the endogenous and exogenous factors,and the mechanism of the effect of technological innovation on the ecological efficiency of petrochemical enterprises is expounded in combination with the practice,and the research hypothesis is put forward.Then,based on the theory of technological innovation,the evaluation index system of technological innovation level of petrochemical enterprises is constructed.Taking 10 listed petrochemical enterprises as the research object,the entropy weight method is adopted to measure the technological innovation level of petrochemical enterprises from 2010 to 2019.Based on the theory of sustainable development,the ecological efficiency evaluation index system including resources,environment,economy and society was constructed,and the super-efficiency SBM model considering the undesired output waste was established.MAXDEA software was used to calculate the data of 10 listed petrochemical enterprises from 2010 to 2019.Finally,the econometric model is used to empirically analyze the relationship between technological innovation and the ecological efficiency of petrochemical enterprises,and the influence of various technological innovation factors on ecological efficiency is discussed.Countermeasures and suggestions are proposed from the perspectives of promoting the growth path of enterprise ecological efficiency at the enterprise,industry and local levels.In this paper,we study not only improve the efficiency of enterprise ecology research system,also for the petrochemical enterprise that provides the path of ecological resources protection subsequent construction,to further enrich related theory research in energy and environmental management system,to a certain extent for the petrochemical enterprise future development strategy of making decisions and to provide scientific basis and theoretical reference. |
