| With the worldwide environmental pollution and energy consumption,the problem of energy depletion is becoming more and more serious.All countries have listed the development and utilization of new energy and the development of new energy industry as key strategic objectives,and invested a lot of resources.As the largest new energy market in the world,China has the problem of too much external technology and lack of core competitiveness.Only by actively mastering the new energy technology innovation from the inside can we fundamentally solve the problem.However,China’s new energy enterprises start relatively late and the success rate of technological innovation is obviously low.Improving the efficiency of industrial technological innovation has become the most critical problem at present.Domestic and foreign scholars’ research on new energy enterprises is far less in-depth than that on energy enterprises,and the research combined with environmental factors is more rare.Under the background of environmental constraints,supported by the data of listed new energy companies,this paper makes an in-depth evaluation and Research on the technological innovation efficiency and influencing factors of new energy enterprises.Firstly,by summarizing and combing the relevant research literature of domestic and foreign scholars on the background of technological innovation efficiency and environmental constraints of new energy enterprises,this paper distinguishes and defines the concepts of environmental constraints,energy conservation and emission reduction,new energy enterprises,technological innovation and influencing factors of technological innovation efficiency.According to the characteristics of technological innovation process of new energy enterprises,The technological innovation of new energy enterprises is divided into two stages.Based on relevant scientific theories and research methods,key indicators are selected and the evaluation index system of technological innovation efficiency of new energy enterprises is constructed.At the same time,environmental variables are brought in as an input,and the technological innovation efficiency and two-stage efficiency of China’s new energy enterprises are analyzed and calculated through DEA model,Using the data of new energy listed companies from 2013 to 2019,ignoring random errors and conducting empirical research,this paper analyzes the actual situation of technological innovation efficiency of China’s new energy enterprises under environmental constraints,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to national policies and enterprise development status.The results show that the technological innovation efficiency of new energy enterprises decreases year by year under environmental constraints,and the low enterprise scale has an important impact on the technological innovation efficiency of China’s new energy enterprises,and the two are positively correlated.The transformation rate of technological innovation achievements of new energy enterprises largely depends on the pure technical efficiency,that is,the proportion of technicians and labor input,which are negatively correlated.This paper makes a similar SFA analysis from five aspects: R & D expenditure,the number of R & D personnel,the total number of employees,total assets and the number of patents,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions corresponding to different stages of technological innovation of new energy enterprises according to the analysis results. |
